Joe Gacy has only been on NXT and he also tried the WEIRD LAD thing by making a stable.
He had Grizzled Young Vets but they changed their names to Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid as well as Rock's Daughter (who is now the GM of NXT).
The little I saw of him/them it was not good.

Swerve doesn’t really strike me as the banger wrestler. Like, he’s fucking great at promos and has loads of charisma and can work a “proper” match, but he’s not Dave Meltzer’s wet dream.
Ospreay will have a banger with a traffic cone. Waste of a match for me.
The one bad thing about the AJ fake retirement is that the OC wont be fired.

That was a great little TV match. Didn't hurt Ricochet at all because of his injury etc. and got Breakker over as a beast.
Let's see how they do the Dragunov match though. They've definitely built up enough goodwill in the booking for us to allow to see how it plays out before shitting on it but other than a double DQ / sports entertainment finish, I fail to see how this doesn't stifle one of them (likely Ilja).
Marks have spent YEARS telling me how GENERATIONAL this mans talent is, I've never seen it and without fail he's bottom of the midcard wrestling jobbers within 2 months of signing a contract.
