No, it means the car is entered in the race, he's driving it and the team botched it, it's all part of the same thing, you can't only punish drivers for things that are 100% their fault. He also shouldn't have driven it away without the tyre on properly.
Putting these steamships around a magnificent venue and thus reducing it to needing a 0.5s gap out of Rivazza to pass anyone, truly a travesty.

Yeah weird battle you chose to fight really Giggles. The race was a complete non-event for about 50 laps and virtually every overtaking of note happened through the pits.
But it's always the same story regardless. Just front up and be mad because the result didn't go your way. Brit fans are hiding behind the sport being dead ever since Verstappen started winning, but it was never that way when Hamilton was doing the same.
