Paris Jackson being an adult, quite attractive and very much white passed me by.

She's also sufficiently immersed in the gimmick that he was her actual dad that she considers herself to be black.
Being a wildly out of touch sort of person, I stumbled upon this after skimming an Uncle Roger video on youtube.
Utter madness.
If you’re ever after something to do to raise a smile, go on Stephen Merchants Instagram and read the comments on any of his posts. It’s just hundreds of people quoting the [hilarious] radio show/podcast he did with Ricky Gervais and Karl Pilkington, with zero context.
I'm a twit
There are two versions of Dennis the Menace and they were first published on the same day in March 1951 completely independently of each other.
Similarly, Humpty Dumpty isn’t an egg.

Yeah, it makes a lot more sense than an egg with a split head.
How have I only just heard of the ‘Paul McCartney died in a car accident and was replaced in the Beatles’ conspiracy theory?

We saw a bald eagle on the park yesterday.
I was today years old, as igor would say, when I learned this.
Me too. In hindsight, it's fucking obvious. Shows how much I pay attention to lyrics.
That's incredible
This is cool.
I was going to say it'd be better without the music, but the unedited version is in the comments and to be honest I hadn't realised that Portuguese was such an unattractive language.
I'm on mute, so didn't even realise it had music
Whilst trying not to gob.
Portugal is basically just the Liverpool of Spain then? Got it.
Today I learnt that Rafa Nadal is Miguel Angel Nadal's nephew. Heh.
My school Spanish textbook had as a colour piece (this is in about 2000 obviously) a 12 year old Rafael Nadal being interviewed about his tennis prospects, including reference to his tio being a deportista. I don't know if he was some kind of Freddy Adu style prodigy even at that age, but I remember thinking it was a pretty remarkable bit of journalism by the good folks at Edexcel or whichever faceless body writes school textbooks.
Thought Nadal's link to the beast or the butcher or whatever he was was well known
Aye as Nadal was still a relevant football name at the start of Rafa's career.
