Remember that one, against Rosenborg iirc.
Andy Cole? Teddy Sheringham?

Andy Cole? Teddy Sheringham?
Gerrard did so in the qualifying rounds. Does that count?
Michael Owen
I'm a twit
Andy "Andy" Cole & Owen are correct. Gerrard isn't on the list so I can only assume qualifying has been dismissed. Two remaining.
Sterling got one for City, I'm sure.
He did indeed. One to go.
Polish international Jakub Kiwior made his first PL start last night for Arsenal. But can you name the other 21 Poles who have played in the Premier League?
This will be a test in spelling as much as anything.
Szczesny, Fabianski, Dudek, Kuszczak, Boruc, Cash, Bednarek, Grosicki, Moder, Krychowiak, Klich, Rasiak.
Got off to a flyer there with all the keepers then hit a wall.
Marcin Wasilewski
Bartosz Bialkowski
Smolarek, Wasilewski, Placheta.
Did Kapustka ever make an appearance for Leicester?
Just 2 PL appearances for Olisadebe.
He didn't. You've blitzed this so far, just 5 to get.
Christ, Moder, I'd completely forgotten he existed.
The teams and years active in the PL for the remaining 5 Poles are as follows:
Bolton Wanderers - 2005-06
Coventry City - 1993-94
Aston Villa, Sunderland - 1993-94, 1996-97
Birmingham City - 2002-03
Everton - 1992-94
Dudka for Bham?
Kubicki
I'm a twit
Kubicki for the Villa/Sunderland one. He was quite the cult hero for Sunderland.
Not even a wild guess on any of the others.
I've looked them up.
Not a clue who any of them are.
Dudka for Bham?
Everton one is the guy who went on to play in MLS. I can only think of Eric Wynalda.
Robert Warzycha for Everton?
Knew I could count on you to get the Coventry player.
Warzycha is correct and yes, he ended up at Columbus Crew for a number of seasons.
Last two are going to be tough.
Bolton Wanderers - 2005-06 - Centre back who joined Bolton as a teenager and played once in the Prem. Had loan spells at Luton and Stockport before moving on. Also spent a year at Dundee United for the 2014-15 season where he was a regular.
Birmingham City - 2002-03 - A midfielder who also only made 1 PL appearance. Spent a number of seasons in France before moving to Birmingham, playing for St. Etienne, Bastia and Marseille. Seasoned international, with 70 Polish caps.
Birmingham was Piotr Szczwepaniak. Szcepanik?
Something like that. He spent about five minutes with us.
Trying to sign Hulk on FM led me to reading his Wikipedia and remembering Team GB at the Olympics. Obviously very easy to cheat so please don’t bother. Name the 18-man squad that Team GB took to the 2012 olympics.

I went to one of the games so I should do alright on this, but won't.
Steven Caulker comes to mind. Joe Allen. Danny Welbeck? Not so confident on him.
Marvin Sordell
There was a defender with a generic name who went on to have a generic PL career, can't recall the name.
Craig something.
Joe Hart?
Craig Dawson. That sounds like a generic name.
The goalkeeper is a conundrum. Too early for Pickford, presumably too late for Scott Carson. Fraser Forster about the right age but I can't remember him being there.
Jason Steele was there as the only Middlesbrough representative. Butland I think was the #1.
I've got it in my head Keiran Trippier made the squad.
Wasn't Micah Richards there?
Nedum Onuaha
