George Best is the old man/boomer selection, but Bobby Charlton is objectively the greatest United (and England) player ever, although his comparative lack of cultural presence these days will probably make his death less of a big deal than, say, Gazza going prematurely. Sir Alex Ferguson will be borderline state funeral territory and Sky Sports will stop showing adverts for the week.

We were 3-0 up at half time in the first leg (Flo assisted), it finished 3-1, then the second leg was also 3-1, went to extra time and Barcelona scored a couple more. We were quite unlucky, Dani scored the equaliser fairly late if memory serves, and I think Rivaldo/Figo were involved.
