Just read the full Guido list, 16 of the 52 names are just made up entities.

Lewis finally gets a go. He gets the boot as soon as he calls Kier a slur at his first PMQs.
There are made up entities in Sunak's list too, I just assumed they were people who hadn't formally announced but the site had the inside scoop that they were going to.
If they are going to he's got half of what he needs already, if they're not then he's on a third and either way, he's not even in the sodding country yet.
In all seriousness, they cannot possibly re-appoint Boris, can they? They can’t be *that* idiotic.
The people who made a bad decision were the members, among MPs Sunak would have pissed it last time and they have now seen what happens when the 'Tory right' get their way, so other than the hardcore (most of whom are already in the declared list) the MPs will know that Sunak must prevail and the members must not be balloted. They'll find a way to fix it by Monday.
People like Peter Bone have been wrong about everything for 40 years, they can't just admit that their working lives have been an incompetent sham, so they'll push on to the bitter end, but the mass of the party will have an instinct for some form of self-preservation now if they didn't in the summer.
There is, but Boris had already succeeded too, with a thumping majority. Now there are obviously more reasons for that than just Boris, but there must be dozens of MPs who are occupying a red wall seat that see him as the only possible way for them to stay in it. "He's done it before" etc.
I mean, just look at that poll. After all of this he's still somewhat popular.
Deep.
This shit is no better than my transfer tracking.
Boris has 59 now according to that spreadsheet, which if it's in any way close to being accurate suggests it's a done deal that he'll get the 100.
I mean:
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace rules himself out of the Tory leadership race but says he is currently leaning towards backing Boris Johnson
This is the logic they'll be going with:

You couldn't make it up.
Can’t have an Asian man in charge of your right wing party.
The shipping manager at my company (a 60 year old woman) is a good example of the support that Boris Johnson has.
He fathers children out of wedlock: 'I still like Boris'. He has parties during lockdown: 'I know, but I still like Boris'. He enables sex pests: 'I know, but I still like Boris'. He lies to parliament on multiple occasions: 'I know, but I still like Boris'. Truss resigns: 'I think they should bring Boris back. I like Boris.'
He has some kind of magical hex on people.
His odds are tumbling by the hour. He's now 2.32 on Betfair, with Rishi at 2.1
It's very hard to avoid conspiracy talk and think the disastrous Truss reign was not part of the plans to reinstall the bovine which is pretty frightening stuff.
There's enough gammon support out there for it, the news channels were full of their fucking rotund, red and blotchy faces and their brainless dialogue.
I agree with Taz. I was always of the opinion that the whole leadership fiasco through the summer would lead straight back to Boris carrying on. So bar a Cloughie at Leeds cameo from Truss, it’s what I expected.
I'm not joking when I say there should be rioting if Boris is the next PM.
I know we're in a polarised, balkanised society now where there isn't a mainstream and everyone only hears from their own echo chambers, but there seems to be a lot of myopia in some quarters about how much of a laughing stock the country will be if about 50,000 people (and that's all it will be) manage to force through such a thing.
The problem I have with suggesting that Boris to Truss to Boris was some sort of Machiavellian style masterplan is that it gives all involved far too much credit. If they were capable of pulling that off, it would have been far easier just to run the country properly.
They also aren't capable of pulling it off.
Yeah, not a chance it was some grand masterplan.
Both the quoted tweet and the actual tweet.
WhatsApp restores anyway (unless you don't back up). It's device dependant more than anything else.
Find a time when I've said I like the Tory party.
If they stay in power and vote him back in as leader then you lot really do need to go French.
Yeah, but some people see it as a form of duty [I guess you can spoil your ballot, I always thought that was a bit pointless]. Jimmy seems like a strong voter.
Come on, do it, you mad fucks.
Is this about partygate or different/more mundane corruption? If it's covid rule breaking then does anyone really give a fuck anymore?
It's about him lying to parliament, which I think triggers some sort of mechanism whereby he has to go back and fight a by-election (which I think he would probably lose).
Boris in for November and out by Christmas. Truss in for New Year
