I am very excited about the United ones today.
Silver team could be mega by the end of this promo. The Joe Linton (travel tavern) and KDB cards are fantastic. Really hope they keep Pogba 5* and ideally boost Elanga to 4/4 at least

We should be getting Malcuit who could go in at RB on 8 chem, Musiala who could be in there rather than Reus and also Cyprien who is another option.
Lads, green timed shots with KDB. Anywhere inside 30 yards and the silver keepers cant cope.
Dipped my toe into the Gauntlet mode and good lord is that stressful. Games are played at 100mph whether you like it or not. I've won 3 of 5, with my main issue being I don't have the backlog of cards for this that others do. Mainly in defence.
I did however stop and crack on with upgrades and have managed to use what fodder I had to finish this off:
Not quite free, like the others, but to the cost of 1 Rodrigo and 1 Fabinho(35k ish?). Due to the way the fodder came to me it had to be those specific players for chemistry purposes, or else I'd have waited for battles rewards and those upgrades.
Still not bad and to keep it sweeter, I still have 340k and still haven't used a swap token. I did fear I'd need to burn an 83 x 25 to get him done, but thankfully all options are still open to me.

Current team is doing a good enough job (13/18 so far) to avoid having to rush more of those.

Decided to go and take a big chunk out of my needed 8 rivals wins tonight. Went in with this:
Managed to get Kamara and Fekir at a couple thousand below their prices so in effect it was like a loan. Kamara I enjoyed a lot. Good presence and pace in the midfield though you can really feel the bad shooting when he needs anything more than a tap in.
Fekir I just couldnt find a place for. Tried him at CAM and CM but he just ended up out wide left as a body really. Got the same return as Chekri in 2 goals. Chekri is very good for a "74" and didnt feel too out of place in the run, but he does lack that proper high end quality the front 2 have.
In all it took me 9 games to get the 8 wins with one being an opponent leaving after coming from 2-0 down to 2-2. I'm now solidly into Division 2 but we are now hitting the stage where the team does in fact make a significant difference. I've started running into the high end meta a lot now.
I sold the new boys back on for no loss after tax, though I'm not really sure where to go next. I'll have near 400k by the weekend to hand.

Need 4 wins to complete the gauntlet. I also need to do Silver Lounge games and then SB's over the next few days.
So the Silvers in WL may be able to be done with the qualification games too. There also doesnt seem to be a set time limit on them, suggesting you have a few weekends to get the needed wins.
Qualification games for this is confirmed. As is the fact that you can do it until this season ends(3 weeks?).
What wont help this week is if Mbappe and Dembele are in TOTW as looks likely. It'll be sweaty as hell in the actual WL. I'm just about to knock off the last battles Swaps token so I'll only have the WL one left. Then hell truly begins.

And echo on Cherki. I was using him in Div 2 rivals and all he really lacked was killer pace.
The sheriff has also said Silas is getting a card in FUT Birthday. Rumoured players include Dybala, Odegaard, Firmino, Suarez, Grealish and Fekir.
That Abraham looks woeful.
Would love a juiced up Dybala. Those two cards last year were in my team for pretty much the entire time
