Your answer was different models use different data sets. When I see an xG number do you ever see the dataset reference listed?

Lol a player just got sent off for a fan pushing him and not reacting to it. What a joke.

He answered all my questions already except all of them.
It will all be on their websites somewhere. I've never cared to look it up in the same way I didn't google the ingredients of my covid jab. Fucking xG culture war man. It's fine if you find it a load of boring wank.
"Yeah but you don't really know what's in it do you?"

I was just replying to Boyd using it to say Arsenal were shit when they weren’t. It’s you who went culture war on it.
This is more boring than xG.
Reports that Ole has gone...
RL still doing football discussion. You gotta give it to the lad, great heart.
Yep looking like they’ve finally done it.
They won't have the first clue who to bring in, so expect lols.
Brodgers would be hilarious on all counts.
Hopefully whoever decided he should have the month to turn it around goes as well.
I'd fucking love it if it was Zidane. They've got a crucial Champions League game in three days time followed by 10 games in the space of a month. Should be a laugh.
Man Utd will probably go on another random 15 game unbeaten run before turning shit again.
Next job is to find buyers for Pogba and all the other wastes of space. Even more important than any manager.
1000 games, can’t be bad.
But does Zidanes wife want to live in Manchester? That’s the big question Twitter wants answering.
He seems pretty decent for France.
Basically I'd give almost all of these players a chance under a manager who knew what he was doing. Sancho, for example, has looked like one of the worst £ for £ signings in all of human history and while I don't think he's the second coming, he's nowhere near as bad as the binman's made him seem.
More than one source now saying Ole has gone. Gutted.
Does Zidane speak English? With the range of thickos in that squad, he will need to.
Strikes me as buying a Rolex because you have cold wrists, which tbh is probably what many in football do do.
I don't think he does, no.
I don't think I've ever heard him speak except in Spanish (on TV when I was over there during his Madrid reign, I'm not a complete wanker) so I reckon it's a no. As such he will need to bring in, I dunno, Patrice Evra as his mouthpiece. I'd sign up for that.
At this point, Cristiano Ronaldo needs introducing to Big Sam Football.
wrote a reply to phonics many hours ago when he was asking about the average player. explained it. tagged james for fun.
never posted it by accident.
came back to find james dealing with phonics' inability to comprehend statistics to any basic level.
lol @ idea of xG modelers spending their time trying to find the world's most average professional player somewhere to base their models on
The problem with Zidane (other than what Jim says) is it means Pogba will stay. Another year of that preening twat failing to deliver is a year too long.
United haven't got a clue or a strategy so they will probably ruin the good base from Ole with a manager who manages in a completely different style meaning they have to buy and sell for 3 years. Then they sack that person to start again.
Managers hardly have any say in signings in this day and age do they? Surely that’s done at board level and not like FM.
I think there must be something directional on the types of players still even if it's not always their first choice. For Solskjear, I'm not sure he was ever arsed about VDB but ended up having him in your squad.
Even still, if your leadership team have a clue the types of players they want outside "oh he's a big name'" then it's less of a problem.
Do United have a director of football yet? I remember Carl Anka banging on about that for ages and then the chat around it seemed to dissappear.
As you say the lack of direction is surely the issue.
I never realised Newcastle had such a horrendous start until I seen Norwich weren't actually bottom.
United don't have a DoF (unless that is what Fletcher was supposed to be)
Isn't that John Murtough fellow called the "Football Director"?
What are the general thoughts on Fernandes now? He seems to have been absolutely awful for the most part this season.
