I am marking out here lads.
Dortmund are trying to sign Dalot and we're apparently discussing it. Given he's our only other senior right back, we must still be trying for Trippier.
Daniel James at right-back, Ronaldo down the right because Ole Gunnar Binman only remembers him as a 'proper Man United number seven'.
"Why don't you do the stepovers any more? You used to love them."
All the effort and he's fucked the quote up.
@PepandJack
I'm just looking forwards to the resurrection of 'Ronaldo 1-0' posts
Yeah, the first one back will be emotional. Odysseus was only away for ten years, for Mahow it's been twelve.
I read that in Sid Waddell's voice.
Before anyone posts the article, never trust a single word Ducker writes about wages.

Guys I can't see past the paywall but I think we should all 100% trust this on the headline alone.
Diallo going to Feyenoord on loan. He'll absolutely tear the arse out of that league I reckon.
It's one of those where you don't really need the article. You can sense the truth in it just from the headline.
Willian is off to Corinthians.
If so, fair play.Sources close to Willian insist that the Brazilian "wants to do the right thing" and is set to "walk away" from his contract, with Arsenal potentially saving Ł15-20million due to the early termination.
Dont be silly Willian. Demand arsenal to put the money up.
Nikola Vlasic to West Ham Ł30m.
Red source.
Is he the guy that was at Everton for a bit?
Yeah, thats him.
Diallo got an injury in training (sounds fairly bad) so his loan to Feyenoord is cancelled![]()
Why do west ham refuse to buy a striker? They’ve still only got Mark Henry and he’s due two or three injuries a year. Vlasic for Ł30m sounds absolutely bonkers. He was horrendous at Everton.
Edit: didn’t realise he was that young, thought he was mid 20s at Everton. Even if he is a lot better, not sure they’re needing another ‘10’/wide player.

Ozan Kabak on loan to Norwich with option to buy.
Tottenham close to agreeing a €30m euro deal for Emerson from Barcelona (if he doesn't turn them down like everyone else)
This will be a good move for all involved if it happens.
He'll get next to no game time here after Ronaldo signing. His strengths are going to be much more suited to a team like Leeds who will get more space in behind.
Wish it had happened earlier (along with one or two other outs) to give us the money to go for a midfielder but I think it's too late now.
Boooooo.
He's useful in about 5 games a season. For the reported Ł20m fee, I'll drive him to Leeds myself.
He was doomed eventually with all the young studs coming up, but he deserved a season with Ronaldo.
I almost feel like us signing him would at least lay to rest the ghost of that whole fiasco a couple of years ago. Bielsa obviously admires him too, and I do think he would slot well into the system we play.
But on the other hand if we have Ł20 million to spend then they we have more pressing concerns than getting a winger. But whatever, I'm more than happy to go with Marcelo on it if that is what he wants. It would be nice to just see us make another signing too. The squad is worryingly care bones at the moment. The bench yesterday was embarrassing.
Sabitzer has joined Bayern Munich.
Tagliafico from Ajax to West Ham for Ł10m.
He was hot property not so long ago wasn't he? What's he doing going to West Ham?
Romano reporting James done for €28M
James fee is Ł25m + add-onsDone deal.
PSG have refused €200m + add-ons from Madrid for Mbappe. Idk which of them are more insane.
The sprinter has gone![]()
I can kind of see why PSG are refusing.
The player remains motivated enough to play and really this is their best chance to win the thing they want the most, in the champions league. Even Ł180m is nothing to these people and we know FFP doesn't really exist right now.
Yep. The money is irrelevant.
And he might stay (or go elsewhere) if Paris are donning it and Madrid get any worse.
I was watching that Neville Keane interview and they’re talking about how football is all about perception. And that Dan James fee is a perfect example. Crystal Palace are balking at 10 million for Nketiah while Dan James is going for 30 million and they’re at the same level of play/achievement but because Arsenal are a shambles everyone offers us pennies while making it rain for people who have played 3 games like Solanke/Brewster etc.
Which in turn makes it harder for the shambles club to kick on because they have no money. We sold some guy who’s name I can’t even remember to Brentford 4 years ago for more than Palace offered for Nketiah or even what Roma offered for Granit Xhaka.
Case in point
Legitimately never heard of him and they're getting 18 million quid.
Good luck to Dan James. Hard worker but ultimately massively limited. Makes sense he had played two of the three opening games if he has no future at the club.
Selling a prospect to make room for a pensioner on Ł7 Billion a week.![]()
How has a British player who was starting for Manchester United a day ago gone for what equates to about 50p?
