I’m a fan of Amad.
I’m a fan of Amad.
I'm a twit
Too close to call at half time. Arsenal had more of the ball without creating much. Villa two best chances. Far from over though. If Arsenal are smarter in the final third second half it's game on.
That'll do, pig.
Not sure why the VAR isn't telling the ref to at least go and look at that tackle again, it was pretty shocking, probably only saved by the fact that Connolly was airborne when he was crunched. Studs up, out of control, only intent on taking the man out.
Brighton can't have had many worse performances than this all season.
Bednarek trying his best to get that -7 again
Newcastle down to 9 for last 15 minutes, should be good fun.
Jesus, we're crippled.
Almiron is great for this scenario. He has really perfected the dramatic flop-and-roll when somebody so much as breathes on him.
When's the last time the bottom three were all relegated before the final day?
Need Fulham to do to West Ham what we comprehensively failed to in midweek.
Such a fucking shit result that was. Really handed away the initiative.
Just realised we have as many points after 21 games as we managed in the entirety of last season though. Can't complain really.
The Mee one was cynical too, and not as violent but could have resulted in injury. Tactical fouls, even disregarding the possibility of injury, are such a shit part of football.
Thought we looked tired from midweek. It was very 'meh'. Not much inspiration or desire to go for a winner.
Cracking acting from Mitrovic there.
Absolutely laughable.
Just end Mason and Reid as referees.
They just kept pausing the video at the exact moment it looked like Soucek was trying to kill Mitrovic. Even though this was after the contact it was apparently conclusive.
Ex footballers losing their shit at that decision tells you all you need.
Getting to the point they need a few ex footballers in as consultants to guide them. Just not Roy Keane.
Good pre-assist from Fernandes there.
Richard Ramirez notching again.
I think that's a proper one.
That looks like wank goalkeeping but it isn't. David Beckhamesque.
And if Fred could shoot he would be getting Frank Lampard numbers.
If he could even tempt deflections that would be a good starter.
Our defence remains an absolute shambles.
De Gea's limp wrist reign has to end soon.
That goalkeeping was even worse
Yep. McTomminay cementing his place in the side and should get the nod for Scotland in the summer with this form.
Shame we play him centre half
Fucking hell Rashford. The longer he has to think you can see the shot clock ticking down to him taking the worst possible option.
Forgive me for going all Klopp on this but the schedule has to be the reason there's so many injuries about. And whatever training during Covid entails.
Pity de Gea didn't try saving that.
Lindelof, Maguire and De Gea are useless.
Axel Tuanzebe is a write-off.
I'm a Bruno Fernandes fan now rather than a Man Utd fan.
That is the natural progression given he's not a talent conducive to team success.
Rushing back Kane for a home game with West Brom seems a tad risky.
Gallagher's a tidy player. Has no future at the top level as a white number 8 obvs but your West Ham and Evertons should be bidding this summer.
lol, good to know what your take would be if Mason Mount was much worse than he is, and on loan to West Brom.
Also what my take would be if Gallagher was being thrust in to the elite level of the game by two clueless managers, being praised to high heaven for doing a few shuttle runs in games to little effect and earning Nivea sponsorships all because he looks like a nice clean English lad.
Both are at about the same level, ya.
I don't really get the Mount hate. He's always looked a good player to me. Maybe not an 'elite level No.10' or whatever, but a player who has many of the less tangible qualities needed to be a good player (like being in the right place at the right time, understanding the game, workrate etc) alongside being decent technically. I thought when you saw him alongside Harry Wilson at Derby it was clear which one might have a future at the top level, even if Wilson's talents/highlights were more eye-catching, it was usually Mount running the game. You can say that's his level, but I think that would be harsh.
Southgate did it to him, inadvertently setting him up as the anti-Grealish. Which he isn't, and he's a good player, but Twitter loved it and shit sticks.
Tuchel will be the making of him once he sorts his final ball
A front three of Arab, Lesbian, Cunt parking up at Anfield and sending our odds to 3.20. Tears in my eyes [and money in my wallet].
