Pretty decent overall. Lots of good silvers from major leagues in the upgrades, which will definitely help for league SBCs in the future.
No walkout in the main packs and rewards, but a lot of decent high-rated stuff. Havertz was the best of the lot, tradeable but I think I will keep him and try him out. Godin, Parejo, Rodri, Goretzka, Bale, Cancelo, Vertonghen, Portu x2, T. Hazard x2, Strakosha and Pau Lopez were the other boards, and IF Belotti was my red pick - usable as an early game Serie A striker.

I cant see the objectives they are glitched for me. That sounds like a fair amount but depends on how long really.

Just packed a Sancho so I've swapped him with the one I bought before so I can use him later for Icon swap first owner stuff.
I had saved up MM's, rewards and then a couple of packs today. Opened them up and got Chiellini (dupe untradable), Lloris and Sissoko (sold for 24K) so I did Bellarabi. Should be an improvement on my Gnabry in my Bundesliga side.
I'm torn between which Bellarabi seems the much better option - both look like excellent cards

Just started my WL - first game and I come up against someone using the leopard ball which seems to have no shadow?! Really threw me off, and I was 4-1 down after 82 minutes..... but Karim Bellarabi inspired a swift comeback, Havertz rifling in the equaliser in the 90th minute on his debut and I eventually won it on penalties. Very pleasing start to the WL.

My brain is absolutely fried now having done all that today.
Horrible for me today. Went 6-4 yesterday with some good matches, albeit should have been 7-3 if not for an 89th min disconnection when winning (fishy?)... 0-4 today, every loss vs someone playing 1-depth counters, so I’m finding it soul destroying right now.
Just lost a game on pens after a 5-5 draw where all 5 goals he scored were after I tackled or intercepted for his onrushing attacker to just take the ball of my defenders toes immediately after. It’s been about 5 years of this, and it’s got worse every year.
No way I’m getting Gold 2 this weekend without breaking (another) controller so I’ll win one more to hit 8 wins and give up I think. Seriously considering if I’ve got it me to be competitive in the game this year. Doesn’t help that the missuses work has dried up and she’s developed a late sleep habit leaving me to jump on when tired and in the worst time for matchups in the early hours every fucking time.

I don't know what's up with WL this year, watching Nick28t last night and he said he's finding it far harder than last year. I then look at the leaderboard this morning and there's a guy I played online last year on my friends list who absolutely annihilated me and he's only got Gold 3 with two games to spare.
With that in mind I don't know how I got 14 wins really and maybe I'll seriously struggle to do it again.
Feels like the skill gap is minute year - too many gamey exploits exist, it’s poorly balanced. The games themselves are more about who makes a mistake than who does something special.
My last 2 games last night, I won one 5-0 vs a clear Gold 2+ player as he had two 85+ red cards. The next (I don’t know why I played another as I’d vowed not to) I went 4-0 up in 25 mins vs an open player. He paused twice, dropping back more and more and went on to score 6 whilst on 1 depth drop back. I know I bang on about this, but the reason it’s shit is this - you should (and did to some extent) suffer in attack for doing this shit. This guy just played so deep I could help but have my team move up the pitch, and then, yep - one through ball to 86 Werner, if I manage to intercept or tackle early, his dribbling is high enough that he’ll nip it back off my toes and go through to score. It’s just very unsatisfying, feel bad gaming. I’m more than ok with losing and the grind, but the game feeling so very little like football in these respects is unforgivable.
I'm somehow only 7,000 points fro Elite 1 in Squad Battles and about 15k from staying there, so that'll be another week I push on for that.
@thommo, wanna do a couple of rivals co-op games for objectives?
I can do them a little later for sure - playing SB now as I need to be able to pause.
