Dont think I have scored a header yet but scored some banging volleys. Me and how had a couple of nice ones yesterday. The game feels better but pace is still king. Its always king and always will be. Defending is harder and it seems like auto defending took a huge nerf (thank god)

Overall I'm quite enjoying the gameplay. Nothing feels too out of whack and there's some nice changes, skill-wise. Haven't spotted anything being massively abused like dragbacks were or headers. "Controlled direction runs" or whatever the name for it is could be pretty cool, if I can figure out how to use them properly (but that's on me).
How long are you around for? I can hop back on in about an hr.

Decided to make some upgrades to my team and Cunha is special.
Hattrick and an assist in his rivals game before the game quit out. Seems to move around the pitch so well.

Bought Ziyech and replaced James. He was fun early on but the pace is just a killer. I also packed Areola and Rui Patricio (both untradeable) I went with the former as he was very good on previous games and he just made some very good saves in a rivals win.

I'm about halfway through my EA Access trial and I can feel myself being tempted back in again. The start of a FIFA cycle is always the best, where every gold player makes a difference somehow.
Managed to pack Marcos Llorente in my reward packs and my god, he is brilliant in this early stage. Helped me to a 5-2 win in my first placement game with 2 goals from CM.

A OTW is a dynamic item that updates every time a player gets an IF.
For instance when Telles gets his 8th IF and becomes a 99 card the OTW will have the same stats as that card. An IF is just a single card that doesn't get updated.

Just had someone sent off for two bookable offences - both for trying overhead kicks at corners
I had a defender sent off just now in SB. It was a straight red but I think the game glitched out and it was for technically two yellows.
I committed a foul with him in like the 65th minute (I'm sure the ref was going to give me a yellow when play stopped) but play didn't stop until I fouled again with him in the 85th with what looked like simply a bookable foul.
I think the game mashed them together and just gave me the straight red as it couldn't give me two yellows and then a red.

I relented and bought the game. Found a £50 gift card for Amazon after sorting through a ton of documents after the move so it hasn't cost anything, but I have to wait till Saturday for the game to be delivered. Got about 4 hours left of the trial which should see me through.
