Can't be killed by a virus that doesn't exist.
The last 10 posts or so read like YouTube comments.
You would bleed to death before your heart stopped working. Don't stabbings technically go down as that/wounds caused by?
I believe the catchall category is 'Gubbed'.
Shit it seems I have tachychardia that happens to me everytime i go for a run.
Are your toes purple?
I'm amazed anxiety isn't a symptom.
Sadly I'm going to be back home and in isolation rather than being able to attend this test event at the Amex on Saturday. Such a low capacity really gives good potential for abuse to be heard by the intended recipient. That's probably the only thing they're actually testing by letting people in - how many do you need before a sufficient hubbub develops to mask the colourful language?
I think they'd actually have to fill the stadium to get near a statistical likelihood of one person in the crowd having THE VIRUS.
Orlando City are having fans back tonight at about 25% capacity. I won't be one of them. Bit gutted, honestly. I could have gone of course having a season ticket and all but it just doesn't seem worth the risk.
Basically everyone I know from going over the years is planning to go, though, which honestly upsets me even more because some of them are likely exactly the reason this shit is still everywhere here. Literally sucked the Disney nipple dry up until the very last moment they were allowed to be open and then were right back mingling with the crowds as soon as their money could spend again.
I'm not saying people shouldn't live their lives but I just feel like I made myself miserable for 6 months for absolutely nothing and the people who didn't give a fuck are being rewarded, basically.
Last Saturday I went "out" for the first time since March 7th to watch said club play at a friend's house (outside near their pool, not indoors mind).
It was meant to be the married couple who I'm very close with and the guy whose house it was.
Ended up actually being probably 9 or 10 people altogether and the one drunkenly getting right next to me every chance he got, including offering me a blunt and saying "NAH I BURNED ALL THE GERMS BRO WATCH" over and over despite my insistence I didn't want to be close to any humans made me never want to leave the house again. Mind you, this guy works in an old folks home and claims to have taken 6 COVID tests as such.
I don't know man. I think my life might be over, but that's okay.
Zero new community cases yesterday. 💪
We've had an outbreak at the chicken packing place locally. Talks of a local lockdown apparently
Pogba's got it
along with N'Dombele
Pubs pushed another two weeks, having been pencilled in for this coming Monday last time out. Realistically it'll be 2021.
It's not just the wet bars like in the North, right? Even food serving ones can't open? Are restaurants unable to sell booze? Wth are the Irish doing with their free time?
I'm a lot more at peace with lack of nightlife now having started to see some Ruskie bird. In fact, I can see why all the wifey'd up breddas haven't a care in the world for the disgraceful state we find ourselves in because this is ideal relationship conditions, cut the temptation, cut the boys, just straight up melty couple shit.

The restaurant ones have been opened for a good while. You have to spend at least €9 on food and can stay for 105 minutes.
Lolled hard at 105 minutes. You. Could. Not. Make. It. Up.
Some tried run without it but the cops are allowed enter now and check your food receipt for how long you've been there. A good few tried open with just frozen pizza, etc but you need a certain sq meter of kitchen to qualify as one so they were closed back down.
Anyway no bar no pub for me, but we really should let the rest of the world know that 9 quid of food makes you immune.

I'm in Eccles, where are you?
As far as I know it's all just socially distanced events, have you heard/seen different? Music volume is back up to satisfactory levels but there isn't a sign of a dancefloor or even permitted standing so far in my travels. I'll update if that changes, I expect likewise.
Interesting article from a professor at Oxford Uni.
Coronavirus - 0.3% death rate.
Seasonal flu - 0.1% death rate.

Professor Heneghan, defectors will not be permitted at this late hour, sir.
If you want some good lols check out France's graphs for cases and deaths (on google). If they don't start dropping like flies in the next fortnight I'm going round gobbing on the fruit and veg in Waitrose.
Care to provide a link?
Not sure how I link to a google search result without the URL giving away my bank account and PIN number so have this and my apologies for it unintentionally seeming rude.

Change it to deaths using the drop down.
Here comes the smackdown

What did Martin do for work?
Heard recently that anti-lockdown people are promoting the idea of if nobody gets tested, rates will lower and lockdown will be lifted. I appreciate their thinking, but they’d have to convince a lot of people for it to make any difference whatsoever.
Besides if you’re anti-lockdown (whatever that means. Is this even lockdown? I prefer to think of it more as ‘watching Sky Sports News all day, occasionally checking emails and treating weekends like nothings changed except I’ve gotta cosplay as Shredder’ but it’s not quite as catchy as LOCKDOWN) you probably deserve to be sat in a mouldy office, that you had to take a sweaty train to get to, breathing in other peoples BO all day.
I'm a twit
Are we not going to allow 'city centre economies' and coffee wanker retreats to collapse then? Did we have the same thing during the industrial automobile revolution whereby people were forced to continue using horse and carriage to protect the carrot farmers?
Some fucking moist (almost dripping) cunt suggested we need to protect offices as it allows victims of domestic abuse a regular reprieve. Mull that over a little.
Also allows the abusers a bit of a break to limber up and be at their peak for another evening's battery. Win-win.
"What time do you call this!?" <gubbed>
They chickened out on letting the cops kick people's front doors in. Jokers.
As before are we just 4 weeks behind our European cousins, or have they just decided to not bother with basic hygiene practices?
I don't think we can really use that metric. Our first peak went .... a while.

Sounds like France's hospitalisations were rising before this spike really got going.

All this working from home kerfuffle in the media is absolutely baffling to me. I've sat in the office through it emptying for lockdown/furlough, and then filling up again, and I don't see what has changed. Nothing has changed. OK so we have hand sanitiser on our desks, if we want it. That's literally it. We do the same jobs, in the same chairs - we had a period when fewer people were doing a bit less work, but then it picked up and they came back, and basically nothing substantial has changed at any point. Those who have gone away from their offices, and are still away from it, seem to think something has changed. NOTHING has changed.
Business is the same, work is the fucking same. Why would working practices be any different? Some people on Twitter seem really aggressive about the fact that no one should work in an office again. Of course they should. If people who should be in collaborative working environments all work from home, they'll turn into fucking weirdo zombies staring at their faded pants hanging off the kitchen chair all day. They'll not meet people or have spontaneity or have glorious thinking time on the way home. They'll have prescriptive Zoom meetings and think that's a substitute. They will, on a deep psychological level, be absolutely fucked. Then they'll be fired and replaced by cheaper labour working from a cheaper home.
Anyone who should be working from home will have been working from home before this.
Every single one of the new protocols we came back to in June has lapsed along the path of least resistance. Only one person in the corridor, passing stuff over screens... Yeah right. The only people we interact with who are being idiots are the National Archives, but they are a complete set of whammers even in normal times, so they are more than likely just embracing it as a way of shirking their responsibilities and keeping the public away.
