That's some strike.
Bournemouth so so bad. Just stand off and let him shoot lads.
Same question for them - who is going to be off in the summer? Ake? Brooks? That Lloyd Kelly chap was rated when he moved there last summer wasn't he?
That's shoulder to me.
Harry Maguire is a bit shite
I would give it for the Eric Bailly highlight reel.
Does the whole of the ball across the whole of the line rule not apply there? Because it definitely wasn't.
Oh well, classic Bailly.
Once given there's not enough doubt to overturn it. Where does the shoulder cover? It does look to hit the top of his bicep but it's hard to tell.
Clearly offside but that toe poke finish is so good
Iffy decision but christ knows what the play was building up to it and we're lucky he's gone offside too.
We desperately need an actual good CB to pair with bang-average Maguire.
Greenwood is fucking brilliant.
Some talent this kid is.
Greenwood is fucking ridiculous. What a talent.
Greenwood is levels above any teenager in the world.
He’s just lethal.
Ramsdale is absolute bobbins.
Coming in to also wax lyrical about Greenwood.
There was a bit of young Wayne Rooney about that one.
I fucking love Fernandes.
Is he consistent or are you all just going off the deep end?
Shame he's offside but that was a brilliant ball in by Wan Bissaka.
Not gonna be pretty when xG comes for Greenwood.
So was Matic actually offside for that freekick or was he not interfering?
Looked miles on at the time when they did the replay so christ knows where those lines have come from.
Good lad Sakho.
Meanwhile I see Leicester have managed to snap themselves out of the funk they were in. Fully expected that to be 0-0 when I looked at the score.
The average player would score 2-3 goals from the shots he has taken this season, he's scored 8. The very best finishers (Messi, Kane, Lukaku etc.) outperform xG by about 20% so it would be reasonable to predict that he's going to have a goal drought before long as he regresses to the mean, especially if you consider that he likes taking shots from unfavourable positions.
He does seem quite good though I agree.
The first 2 goals Palace gave away were a disgrace.
Those finishes he took are committed, to say the least.
We're playing West Ham.
So, how long before Traore gets David Luiz sent off?
Yeah spotted that and edited it. It’s tomorrow though. If I’m right tonight it kills it and I might actually have to pray for the draw tomorrow so I don’t feel guilty.
Cracking finish.
Wolves are too stodgy to seriously threaten the top 4.
So glad he signed a new deal.
So what’s the consensus on the kids?
Martinelli - great
Saka - great
Maitland-Niles- solid but needs a position
Willock - not good enough
Nketiah - needs to go out of loan
Nelson - not even close to being good enough
What happened to smith-Rowe? On loan in the championship?
German Cup final time and I'd love it if Havertz and co managed it.
That scuff. Jesus.
Bender and Tapsoba are shocking together.
Nelson, Nketiah and Willock will stay, Niles in the bin unless he accepts his fate.
Quality result that.
That's a shocking result for Wolves. Back to earth for them.
