If there were panthers moving around Devon then I suspect the number of sheep/pony/cow/child carcasses found strewn around the place would be significantly higher than its current zero.

I use my neighbours cat. It's a great arrangement, it pops in for head scratches and associated cat based lolling around and I don't have to feed it or care if it gets run over. Ideal.
