Alright I googled him and I'd never have got that but the seasons he was at Coventry I'm fairly sure I must have seen him at least once as a sub or something.
I suppose not everybody can be as memorable as Viorel Moldovan.

I'll leave the last 3 open in case anyone can get them till after lunch. I've got a few more of these nationality-based questions to come if that's good for everyone.
Yeah, enjoying these. But there's no chance I'm getting any of the last 3, so I looked them up. Glad I did, as I've never heard of any of them.
Wasn't the Coventry one Isaias?

Man, Sincere was really close on Ilan.
Tidy finish from Isaias as Coventry STORMED back from 2-0 down against Chelsea.
There's also a bit of a pass from Gullit in there.
I vaguely recall Isaias being a bit of a lower league CM don, but I might be conflating him with the Three Amigos, who, other than Martinez, I now have no recollection of.
As answered previously, Di Canio is the top Italian goalscorer in the Premier League, with 66 goals. But can you name the other 47 Italians to have scored a goal (in the right end) in the Premier League?

Chelsea had two young Italians in the old FMs .One was a CB and the other was a CM.

Fucking hell. I forgot all about Montella going on loan to Fulham.

City must be a goldmine for this - they signed so much foreign wank in the mid-2000s.
Stefano Eranio and Francesco Baiano at Derby back in the day.
Giaccherini
Ferrari
Did Possebon nick one in the useless cunt? I dont think so...
Nah, he only played once against Newcastle on the opening day.
I dont think Petrucci ever cracked the first team, let alone score, right?
Paloschi
Ranocchia
Ambrosetti scored one for us but not sure if it was in the league.
Baiano was the top scorer left on the list, with 16 PL goals.
Only one goal for Chelsea, and that was in the Champions League, against Galatasaray.

Grabbi at Blackburn.
I don't think I will get any of the remaining 1 goal players. Looking slim
I'll add in some clues for the last 4 then.
3 goals - Blackburn Rovers, defender who is better known for a spell elsewhere in Britain.
1 goal - Blackburn Rovers, ball winning midfielder who moved on a loan spell from Lazio, also spent time with Napoli later in his career.
1 goal - Watford, born in Africa but has represented Italy at youth level, a full back who moved from Bologna.
1 goal - Sheffield Wednesday, very obscure striker who signed on a free from Genoa, and scored on his debut from the bench against Aston Villa in 1998.
