Rising all the way too, couldn't catch it any better.

It's on, @Pepe
I initially though that said @spastic midfielder
Macau FA Cup result: KA I 21-17 Hang Sai.
The game did not go to penalities.
Just saw that it was a third place playoff. Lol.
This Scotland women's match is lol beyond belief.
I’ve never laughed so much. That all took about 6/7 minutes.
And she’s blown the whistle after about a minute hahahahaha what the fuck
The first penalty was one of the worst I've ever seen. She must have looked at that corner about 50 times before limping it towards it.
Bit of a travesty that she got a retake. VAR is such a shit addition to the game.
She was hardly off the line too. I’m all for VAR but if that’s a thing give up on football.
86th minute the challenge was and the second penalty 94th. Ref blows a minute later.
The problem with it is that every minor detail that no one gives a fuck about is suddenly of game-changing importance. Half a hair of encroachment? There's no room for discretion. I guess the game will change, but literally every single exciting moment is caveated by a need to check ridiculous things to the nth degree.
Yeah, I'm officially against VAR now. It was good for a lol at one stage (Sterling vs Spurs), but it's completely destroying games. The end to that Scotland game was a farce and don't get me started on the handballs in the penalty area.
It's being enforced differently here, though. Last year it was all about infringements at corners and very little else. Plus FIFA's brought in new rules (like the zero tolerance of any movement from keepers at penalties) and stuff.
If youre not gonna do VAR, you should at least have promotion/relegation for referees and linesmen. A board reviews their calls post-match and assigns a score to each of them. At the end of the season, the bottom several referees get demoted from reffing Premier League matches and the best of the bunch from the lower leagues get upped to the PL
That sounds fantastic but surely could never happen. The referees have their own union or whatever the fuck I'm sure.
Ref's do get demoted from the Premier League. I feel like the dodgiest thing about last night is the early finish. That's directly against FIFA's rulebook and just looks like she wanted out of there.
Rooooooney...
@bruhnaldo trolled again.
That is the best one of those goals I've seen.
Didn't some Malaysian just do this the other week, but from a freekick?
Apparently he's now scored a halfway line goal for all three clubs he's played for.
Time will be kinder to Rooney I reckon.
I ain't accepting the last one but then no strike will ever beat his one against City for United.
I always preferred his goal against Newcastle.
1. Overhead against City
2. Volley against Newcastle
3. Chip against Portsmouth
4. Counter against Arsenal
5. That one against I think Wigan where he fell on his arse, got up, and toe-blasted it into the bottom corner
Watching some Europa League football tonight, Barry Town United at home to Cliftonville. Not really sure as to what the standard of football will be like, but it'll be nice to have a few drinks in the sun and watch a meaningful game.
Might be a new one to tick off in TTH grounds list too, unless someone has been to the Leckwith Stadium before.
Okay, names allegedly in the hat for the Toon job:
Gary Monk
Giovanni van Bronkhorst
Patrick Vieira
Jose Mourinho.
Deadline for the takeover is before the team sets out for the Asian Cup which is... maybe a fortnight away?
Mourinho at Newcastle would be interesting.
It would be the biggest mismatch of all time.
How are the serviced apartments in Newcastle?
Mourinho and Newcastle would be a great match in many ways, though not as great as Mourinho and Everton.
It's Newcastle or Ipswich (then Barcelona after they've completely gone to shit in the post-Messi era). I've said it before, his final [club] job(s) in football should be walking in his mentor's footsteps. With actual backing his siege-mentality mania would be brilliant at Newcastle.
Exactly. He needs to go to the most chip on shoulder, tinfoil hat job available. Wolves would be another great one.
He should have just bypassed the lot and gone to Liverpool in 2004.
Mourinho to Newcastle would be fantastic for both I imagine. It would also be nice for him to replace Rafa for once instead of the other way around.
