Dam those smear campaigns trying to prove that he didn't try to stab anyone!

The one about gun control causing the holocaust and the whole pyramids nonsense were comedy gold too.
Jebs come out in favour of killing baby Hitler so the election train is running smoothly.
Carson's theory about the pyramids.
The circus is on again tonight. How many of these do we need?
Enjoyed this
I had to see that headline multiple times before it dawned on me that it wasn't a joke, someone actually asked Jeb Bush that, and we live in a poorly-scripted comedy.
Donald Trump wants to deport 11 million people, I hear!
You don't half post some unfunny stuff, Phonics
Hilary's line about Wall Street, inexplicably linking her support for that mob to 9/11, was right up there with anything that's come from the Republicans thus far.
She is tragic, it is really going to piss me off when she ends up winning. Still better than any Republican that is not Rand Paul though.
Trump has called for a database of all Muslims living in the U.S.
There's got to be a better way of electing these people.
You have to wonder who he's saying that to/for, if I was an American voter there's only two things I could really infer from that. Either he's stupid enough to think that would work so I don't want him running my country or he thinks I'm stupid enough to think it would work and I'm hardly going to vote for him after that.
His target voters are stupid enough to think it would work.
The target voter is a white supremacist, gun nut who believes in creationism. Fortunately, there aren't quite enough to vote these cunts in.
Interesting to see Trump expanding his racism from Mexican-Americans to Muslims. For a real throwback I hope he goes after the Chinese next.
Hasn't he done that one already, with the TPP? China working to screw America on a deal that they have nothing to do with, etc.
EDIT: What even.

“I’ve been telling everybody for a long time China’s taking our jobs. They’re taking our money. Be careful: They’ll bring us down. You have to know what you’re doing. We have nobody that has a clue.”The second quote fails to truly capture the remarkably racist fake accent used in that last section. Mickey Rooney-esque.“Negotiating with Japan, negotiating with China,” Donald began, “When these people walk in the room, they don’t say, ‘Oh, hello! How’s the weather? It’s so beautiful outside. Isn’t it lovely? How are the Yankees doing? Oh they’re doing wonderful. Great.” He continued on to remark “They say, ‘We want deal!'”
He's always two steps ahead, isn't he?
I read an interesting thing in the New York Times about how there's basically a missing generation of good Democratic candidates. The oldest Republican candidate is Trump, far younger than Hillary or Bernie, and beyond that the actual Republicans (Rubio, Cruz, Bush) are all pretty young comparatively. We've only really got Martin O'Malley that's in his 40s or 55s. All Reagan's fault, you see.
Has Cuomo dropped off the radar? I reckon he's priming his run for after Hilary's won two terms.
EDIT: He's 57. In eight years that puts him at 65, which is probably a touch older than he'd want to be. Maybe he's just not interested. Doesn't really matter though - candidates don't need to really hit the headlines hard until a couple of years before they run. Nobody had heard of Obama four years before his election.
The next Democratic president after Bernie will be young. As the article said, in Washington for the Democrats today it's basically 60- and 70-year-olds working with passionate thirty-somethings. That will come to fruition in about a decade I'd say.
The Millennials taking over
You would expect that lot to have seethed themselves to death on campus by that point, so there's another Lost Generation.
The Donald got into a bit of trouble after accusing people in New Jersey of celebrating the towers coming down. Again.
At which point someone at the New York Times says that there's no record of this happening and Donald Trump refutes these statements at a rally while doing the spastic arm (the journalist at the NYT has some sort of disability) like this
Some people said that's not very nice and now he's hit back with a piece of writing that Harold would be proud to copy/paste as his own.
"Despite having one of the all-time great memories"
Is Pavel speech-writing for him?
That's he's still a candidate after the campaign he's run and the actions he provoked in his supporters, is a proper indictment on modern America. I fucking hate our politics but anyone over here pulling 1% of the shite he has would have been forced to walk in a matter of hours.
You have to give Trump credit - he literally gives no fucks whatsoever and is still in the lead.
I wonder if he genuinely believes the stuff he comes out with about how great and smart and brilliant he is? It's hard to tell if he's genuinely that deluded or if it's just an ego thing and he enjoys the image of it.
Did he respond at all to the article pointing out that he'd be richer having put his inheritance into a trust fund than he's become through his business endeavours?
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm rather curious as to what mert's take on the situation would be at this point. I mean, the anti-Muslim stuff has turned really vitriolic, and at some point, I reckon it'd start to grate.
His twitter feed, which judging from the style, is his own writing, is absolutely disgraceful.
How is this guy still around?
Does that mean the next most trusted person on the economy is at 9%?
It seems so.
So is Trump actually going to win the Republican nomination then? That just seems completely mental.
How is the Democrat race going? Will it be Hilary or Bernie? Would Bernie beat Trump? Christ, I'd piss myself with delight if Bernie Sanders became president.
Hilary will piss both that and the actual election.
That said, I was talking to someone recently who lives in Washington and has a certain amount of 'insider' knowledge, not of specific things about this but the Washington scene generally, and he was genuinely worried that Trump might win.
It looks that way. She inexplicably increased her lead in the polls after the last couple of debates.
The Republicans remain a shambles.
The Republican party is reaping what they sowed. They promoted the anti-intellectual, fearmongering semi-fascist constituency. Now it's taken over and they can't control it. Trump will win the nomination (despite astonishingly having spent no money on doing so) and then get annihalated in the GE.
Also, Sanders becoming president, nice though it might be, would do fuck all good. He'd be blocked at every turn.
Whoever changed my thread title can go fuck himself.
Of course it was you, you maggot.
What was it before?
I can't stop watching the 'Donald Trump Says China' video.
It really is a masterpiece.
Good change, Phonics.

It actually scares me sometimes. I know he won't win but... what if he did?
If he did he'd probably get some very good advice from the generals etc and so would probably avoid global nuclear war, but good luck to you on the domestic front.
From what I can gather, Trump has just announced that he will BAN THE MUSLIMS FROM ENTERING THIS FINE NATION if he wins.
This will apply to all muslms including tourists. If he wins the nomination, lol oh lol.
The report on the beeb about it was quite good.
At first we thought it was a hoax . . .
Yesterday Mert was keeping up with his line that Trump was going to walk the primaries and the general election. Today, though: "That's way too much. Rubio it is." Taking Mert as a barometer for the Republicans in general, Trump may have finally crossed the line. Hopefully so.
No, as soon as Mert got attacked directly it became too much for him because he's a giant pussy.
