Are you going for the James Blunt look?
Are you going for the James Blunt look?
I'd quite like a new coat but I don't really know what to go for. Any suggestions?
My current one is a back duffel coat. I quite like it, it's just a bit old now.
I am also on the lookout for a new winter coat.

I quite like these two:

Hard to tell how heavy/thick they are though when it's just online. Would they keep me warm enough?
I've had a charcoal pea coat for the last 2 years and it's lovely. I'm keeping it for at least another winter.
Pull & Bear? I applied for a job working there the other day.
This one's nice too:

I've got my eye on this one. £105.00 at the moment. How likely is it that it'll be cheaper tomorrow?

That's nice apart from the hood, I don't like those furry ones.
I wish they'd show shots of the inside of the coat as well on these websites so you can see what the lining is like.
Won't your duffle coat be warmer than all of those?

Possibly. It's hard to tell how heavy they are just by looking at the pictures. Not keen on that one, Reg.
Had a little shop due to the discount code...

Some bloke in Co-op just asked me 'How much were your Sambas, mate?', and when I looked down he had a pair on himself. Magic.
I was thinking about it the other day: are Sambas the best shoes ever?
They're not even the best Adidas. That title belongs to the All-Star.
Cheers, Leroy.
I don't mean best as in highest-quality, but in terms of being both ubiquitous and pretty nice I can't really think of any others.
Stan Smiths. Just not with green on them
Look, you're 4 years old, that doesn't mean you get to act like this never happened.

The biggest shoe deal of all time at that point.
I always considered Stan Smiths as the girls sneaker. Tanned legs with a pair of Stan Smiths and turnup skinny jeans
Isn't that what 14 year olds wear you nonce?
I'm just getting nostalgic bruv.
Everyone is wearing those sneakers with the heel in here
Huarache's are terrible. They are very popular though. Just a terrible looking boot.
Girls in blue jeans and white converse
Black Friday set me off a bit as I needed some bits and bobs for winter. Should see me through to summer nicely...
How many clothes do you own, Merse? It seems like you make a pretty sizeable post in this thread every couple of months.
Merse's clothing posts are always a strange mix of perfectly decent and some of the ugliest items of clothing I've ever seen. That grey thing looks like someone has taken a felt tip to a potato sack.
None of you are thinking from the girls perspective, you get all the +points of wearing heels (nice ass etc.) without looking like a slag.
Me and Merse rocking the same trainers.

Too much - I started counting up this years purchases other day. It's partly as I shed so much weight this year (12kg) and my wardrobe had been a bit dated/old mannish for a couple of years. I needed to re-do the whole thing this year, so I've bought 5 jackets, around 15-20 t's, 4 sweaters, 4 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of jean shorts, swimwear, 2 pairs of shades, 4 pairs of shoes (2 of which are loafers though), two pairs of Doc's and 3 pairs of trainers. Oh and a few shirts.
I've managed to go about 2 months without a purchase before Black Friday, so I'm content with my restraint
That jumper is class, but I bet it looks horrendous on anybody over nine stone.
Or not female.
Nah, the jumper is class as Lewis says. Spot on it being a skinny lads number, mind.
Like the green shirt too, what brand is that @dino ?
Edit - I have a fucking zoom function don't I? Miyuki Zoku - never heard of it but will scope it out a bit now.
The Lacoste shirt at the top is probably the first thing that comes to mind when someone says "T-shirt". Not that that's a bad thing if you're an average individual, though.
I have those shoes, James. They're brilliant.
Hope you've still got the receipt @dino
I mean, he could get some shitty trainers from M&M Direct if he really wants, but he seems to have better taste than that.
Woah, Toby, you can't argue with style like this:
What are our thoughts on these: http://www.clarks.co.uk/p/20357520
Was going to pair them with my blue suit, however I'm not sure if I'd need a burgundy belt to match or if my reddish/brown belt would do. Also what colour of tie?
Too shiny.
