I agree there's too much going on there. On a plate, fine, but not in a sandwich.

Chicken pathia for the tea.
That looks ace. I've got a portion of moussaka my mum made.
I put a little too much lemon juice in it but it was still good.

Went there last night and it was fantastic.
Got to try the meat chaczapuri (their style of pizza), Georgian soup dumplings and a special set of grilled meats.
I got a weird korma last night, that was still lovely but unlike one that I ever tasted before, more lemony and none of the usual sweetness. Also got the worst-looking, nicest-tasting chips with it.

Here for lunch today and it was a belter, proper meat lovers type place.
I had the Lamb chops with mash, leeks, oyster mushrooms, asparagus, spring onions and selection of sauces. Also got to try the chicken breast and some ribs.
Those chips look like they've been left outside for a month before serving. They might taste lovely, but I don't think I'd have the bottle to put my hand in that box never mind lift one to my face.
They were absolutely savage. I took some look at them when I opened the box though.
IDK how the fiance fucked the photos up so much but anyway:
Pork belly bao.
Venison, beetroot puree, potato fondant, roast beetroot, asparagus, blackberries, venison and port sauce.
Dark chocolate cremeux, mango jelly, chocolate sable, mango ice cream, passion fruit, passion fruit powder.
Starter and dessert I was really happy with. Both came out lovely.
The main needed work I thought. The recipes I used for both the puree and the sauce I thought seemed to have quite a lot of vinegar in, which came through at the end IMO (although nobody else seemed to notice). The venison itself was great though.
It's a shame you dropped the dessert.
Lewis did that joke last time.
It's pretty bog standard dessert presentation for NOWADAYS tbh.
I had a Pizza Hut pizza to myself and now I feel like shit.
The girl is 5 foot 2 and about 8 stone and can put away a large dominoes to herself. She can genuinely eat more than me. It's amazing.
My manlet friend used to be like that when we were kids, and then his metabolism just went. He packs weight on these days looking at food.
I got beef ribs yesterday that were savage.
Yes.

Not a bad looking box that. Salt & chilli?
Oh my. Terrific.
How much was it?
I'm a twit
€12.99.
I'm not the biggest fan of wings and I've never had salt and chilli ribs. I feel like I should rectify that.
Chicken wings are absolute shit. It's like trying to eat a slice of ham out of a closed fist.
Deviant pricks.
Wings are the best chicken piece.
I've learnt some pretty distressing news about people I once loved and respected here.
They're tasty but also a faff.
I never like the idea of wings til I have them and they're class.
Pomegranates are a faff and unless pre-prepared are not to be bothered with. Chicken wings, are not a faff. The only slight inconvenience is pulling the chicken from between the bones.
Regardless of any conceived faff, the skin:meat ratio is at it's most perfect, and for that reason alone should be enough to convince anyone to put in a bit of graft.
Chicken wings are absolute god tier.
Depends. Think drumsticks are superior imo.
I'd still rather a goujon any day. Or 12 of them.
Wing > thigh > breast > leg.
Thigh, leg, breast, other.
Breast > processed > thigh > wing > leg.
It's all good though.
No wonder you were telling Magic to go gay.
White chocolate Coco Pops are going to be a thing. Humanity has gone too far this time.
