When he was at United Javier Hernandez was literally the worst hold-up player in the world, yet here he is pulling Phil Jones all over the place.

Fucking hell.
There was a story in The Times this morning that there was discontent in the Brighton dressing room and if a performance ever screamed 'lost the dressing room' then that was it. Knockaert totally lost it and was head-downing it from about the 15th minute, Dunk appeared to be arguing with Hughton towards the end, they were beaten all over the pitch by Bournemouth who are a soft touch at the best of time, worrying stuff. First proper crisis Hughton has faced since he's been there and it couldn't really come at a worse time. Season's on the line against Cardiff. I think Brighton will go down if they lose that one, I really can't see them getting more than a few points from their last 4 games and Cardiff will win one from the momentum of a win against Brighton alone.
Worst I think I've seen Brighton play since they got bummed at Griffin Park 4-0 at the start of the century. Can't recall them being that bad since moving to the Amex. Should have been about 10. Even if they do stay up they're going to get absolutely raped next season unless there are some pretty major changes.
Apparently Joey Barton is a manager now(I missed this) of Fleetwood and they played Barnsley today. Barton was arrested right after the game for assaulting the Barnsley manager in the tunnel.
Several players doing their best to get Jose Mourinho re-hired here.
Jesus CHRIST.
West Ham fans being their classy selves again I see.
Cardiff having a massive MELTDOWN over this Burnley game.
Southampton is far. Glad i dont have to go there again. they played well. Southampton seems an OK place too.
Ah, Niko, you picked a shocker of a game. I agree with the bolded part - the worst we've played at the Amex.
Got a link to the Times article, please? I did a few searches but couldn't find anything.
There was somebody on the radio yesterday saying they reckoned that'd be the last time Knockaert played for us. I hope that's not true, but jeez, what a shocking "tackle".
Everybody looked knackered and unmotivated. It occurred to me last night that something similar to those mid-season trips to Dubai and whatnot would be useful at times like after losing a cup semi-final. If they'd gone away for a few days and refreshed maybe they wouldn't have been quite so dreadful.
Yeah City aren't fucking this up.
I've just read that Ole Gunnar Binman refuses to park in the manager's parking space 'because it belongs to Alex Ferguson', and I am officially calling for him to be sacked.
It was just one of those little snippets that get composited together to give coverage to the lesser clubs in one eighth of a page - it was something along the lines of senior players not being happy they didn't give it more of a go against City/unhappy at the negative tactics generally. I didn't put much store in it when I read it, but after seeing the game something wasn't right.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's the last time we see Knockaert in the Premier League for a while. I doubt he'll play again this season and the only way I can see him staying is if they go down. I suppose if they are safe after his ban is up he might get a farewell game against City. He's just not good enough in the Premier League, he's a quality Championship player, but that's his limit. I'm pretty sure the tag of "too good for the Championship" comes with the reciprocal of "not really good enough for the Premier League" in most instances.
Hughton's "it could have been worse" comments were a little odd to say the least.
Going again on Tuesday. It's going to be nervy as hell in the stadium, which isn't going to help. Hopefully the refs are out to get Cardiff again.
If they stay up I reckon they should go all out for someone like Mitrovic. Desperately need some goals, Murray is too old and the rest of the attacking options are just shite. Stay the fuck away from the Eredivisie. Maybe someone like Mooy as well looking at players from the relegated clubs. They could do with that sort of presence in midfield.
Ordinarily I'd love to have seen Hughton sacked, it'd be pointless now seeing as we went and picked the current and next manager in one go.
That kick off's in 15 Renault(?) advert really makes me irrationally angry.
Palace really are absolute toilet at home. Lots of empty seats as well. When did it stop being an intimidating place to go?
Sarri no doubt goes with no striker and Willian/Pedro.
Edit: better than expected but Hazard through the middle is such a waste.

Liverpool to be winning 1-0, they bring on Lovren to SHORE THINGS UP and his mistake lets Chelsea score a late equaliser.
Hudson Odoi really should be switched to the other side. Both teams have been a bit useless
Can't see Liverpool keeping a clean sheet as I've accidentally overloaded my fantasy defence with Liverpool players. Also managed to leave Firmino as captain after that Friday game sneaked up out of nowhere and fucked the deadline so, all in all, I've fucked this one lads. Sorry.
Mané should have scored that chance he had.
Quite obvious that both teams need the points.
I'm not sure Keita is right for this game.
Teeth to grab the winner.
That's a decent hit.
That'll do lads.
Not bad this
Shades of last season in this second half, both the good and the bad.
Could do with a nice calm close out but like fuck is that happening.
It's sweet that they still think IT'S ON.
If we hit 97 points and don’t win the league I’m declaring it officially off forevermore.
Salah's goal was unbelievable, but Hazard hitting the post straight afterwards was just as important. If he scores that the bottle-job is on.
Liverpool have the easier run in so should be winning this.
What a nice chap.
Really taken to the Scouse lifestyle and culture.
It's a step up from rifling his pockets I suppose.
They'll get some T-shirts and whore Hillsborough out for the 105th time to get the footage deleted
Michael Oliver's face is quite funny.
The angle makes it worse than it is.
It’s nowhere near him you strange men
Have you all got a problem with perspective? He's nowhere near him.
Salah’s goal.

Has this already been announced or has this job application I received just revealed some news?
All EFL matches to be livestreamed next season.IMG and the EFL will launch a new and ambitious Broadcast Partnership from this August which will see the production of live streams for all 1,891 games across all EFL competitions.
This is an opportunity to be in at the beginning of an exciting and innovative project, which will see IMG deliver remote production across all EFL’s divisions and competitions.
The successful candidate will conceive and manage all live and highlights output.
This will include the creation of live running orders and highlights templates ensuring that all live streams and edits are produced to the highest editorial specification and adhere to all technical and compliance requirements.
Isn’t that what that iFollow is? Already been in place this season.
I'm a twit
May as well have him do the lineup and the tactics at this point
?
I wonder whether it would actually have been feasible to just hire a few more stiffs around him and keep him in the job until he died. Mike Phelan reckons he was doing half the work anyway, so get somebody in on transfers, somebody in to do whatever else, and he could have just picked the team and met whichever Asian waxworks came through the door. Could probably be on twenty-three titles by now.
Persoanlly, I dont like him still hanging around. He needs to let it go and just stay away if you ask me.
