Was there ever a "Top Diljeet Moments" or similar on the old board? I'd completely forgotten about his existence but that guy brought me some solid entertainment over the years.

Something, something Arsenal...
I associated diljeet heavily with Joel Campbell.
Thats quality Lewis
Dunno who's more stuck in the past tho, me or you.
Anyway, I'm just surprised I don't seem to be the token bald guy anymore.
The board is getting old.
@Giggles
Coffee is your only liquid intake? Are you fucking serious?
Drink water. You're probably chronically dehydrated, which gives you headaches.
I try, and I'll be good for a couple of days, but it always goes by the wayside. I know it doesn't help but my last actually glass of water was before Christmas.
Can you get chronically dehydrated without falling in a heap though? I must get some water from food or something.

I hardly ever drink water. I drink squash, but I probably only have 1 glass of water per month.
Yes, you can get water from food.
Set an alarm on your phone to down a glass in the morning, lunch, evening and before bed. It might make a difference with your chronic headaches.
Edit: And yes, you're right in that caffeine can cause headaches for some people. Decreasing your coffee intake would help on that front as well.

True, but coffee is surely 90% water too - yet apparently that's really bad.
Caffeine has diuretic properties, but "coffee makes you dehydrated" is wrong. It just won't hydrate you as well as plain water.
Only drinking coffee, though, is going to overload you with caffeine, which is known to cause headaches in people after they reach a certain threshold. And if Giggles stops drinking coffee in the afternoon (this we don't know yet), then he's going for twelve hour spells or more without drinking.
For the record, I get headaches if I don't drink enough water.
Because caffeine dehydrates you, no? I thought this was common knowledge, it's why Coke doesn't stop you being thirsty or have I just been lied to by my parents to stop drinking cokes.
Yeah I know I definitely need to do something. It's not easy because I drive so much, but then again I bail about 6 large coffees a day into me and can put up with pissing like a racehorse for that. The squash might be a way to go, though artificial sweetener is another headache bringer apparently
Water bottle time.
Found your twitter page, @Giggles.

Coffee LAD.
I used to get headaches so got on the water hype. Now I probably drink more than I need to (4-6l), but I always seem to get a dry mouth at work, then stop at about 8pm.
Then you've probably got 2l of hot drinks on top of that.
On top of the water I’ll have a can of Diet Coke with lunch and another with dinner. Two cups of coffee throughout the day.
I genuinely like everyone here, including phonics, and do regret my emotional outbursts over the years.
Giggles not drinking any water is one of the oddest things I’ve read here in a long time.
Did you think it was odd that you don’t drink any water before it being brought up like this here, or did you think it was common? Or maybe it is common, and I’ve been assuming wrong all this time.
I never drink water but when I do it's so good.
I think that's my brain's natural reaction to not having water for so long that when I do get it it tastes like nirvana.
I've always known I should but I just never stick to doing it. It's not even that I dislike it either, I just never find myself drinking it.
The only thing I would say is that when I have made the effort and drank a couple of litres over a few days I've never felt any better for it.
DAE drink gas from the pump at gas stations when they’re thirsty?
Lol at drinking squash over tap water.
**Tap Water Crew**
Isn't squash a vegetable I'm so lost.
Is it a smoothie?
Like Dr. Pepper for SOFT lads.
Is it just a fruit juice?
