I enjoyed the concept of an audio list. My posting is not limited only by the child Lewis. I used to be active during office hours and since I’ve been teaching ever since I left uni, I haven’t had any time to post during my time at work.

A random bump but I get this sometimes too, except for the eye watering part (although I do wear contact lenses and have to use eye drops quite regularly. I'm not sure if this is linked to my headaches.)
I cut right down on caffeine nearly two years ago and found this helped ease my headaches quite a lot and generally feel better. However I still get an occasional headache stemming from the temple, and often find I have a lump around the back of my jaw which I can wiggle around a bit. I don't know if it's wise, but I put an ice pack on my jaw and that eases the headache, but makes my jaw feel bruised and sore. It can make me a bit dizzy or light headed too.

I must try some ice. A pharma customer gave me some really good ice gel a few weeks before Christmas and that seemed to do a lot for it, but I'm nearly out of it now and it's prescription only. I've found that Tiger Balm stuff decent too. I could definitely cut back on the caffeine also, coffee is my only liquid intake and I'd say even half my amount would be too much per day.
When you say about dizzy and light headed, when I have the bump and the pain in my temple I can feel very 'boaty' or like my eye on that side is crossing even though it isn't. Hard to describe.
