I'm getting the low driven shots down. They're not as OP as last year but they're still damn effective (unless your player decides to do an outside of the foot toe poke) in certain situations.
Fucking Mahrez. I would have made a killing on his OTW.
IF Auba or Lacazette must be a sure thing. Both could be outrageously OP for this time of year.

I did the Hybrid Nations and made 20K + a shed load of handy consumables. I have never paid attention to these sort of SBC's before.

I bought a Meuier 84 last night for 66k ehich seem cheap. At the momement, the same card on BIN is 73k so a nice profit on that one.
A good way to make coins is OTW flipping. Buy the card this week before a players game on the weekend and then sell BEFORE the teams are annoucned . Thats a an official way to make 5k-10k a card.

Tried another game of DR last night. I'm going to have to watch some videos on this timed shooting. I can't have my strikers sidefooting it all the time. Passing is still awful.
I know my team isn't amazing but I expected some competency. It's destroying my ability to play fast. Up to 10k in the bank again and it's tempting to move on and try something else, but having the two cards on my right for free makes me want to try and stick with it.
For timed shooting turn the trainer on. You can have it showing just that and the movement arrow. The latter is annoying but worth it for the former. It’s actually quite easy once you get to grips with it.
Oh and back up to 100k of coins now and a fuckton of cards in the club, but have no desire to improve the current team in any way.
What I might do is just invest and plan for a mass sell off when prices rise so I can buy one marquee player to use for the rest of the game. Maybe Messi or an Icon.
Patrico, Coleman and Torreria are really good. They have not put a foot wrong. Coleman is super strong in the tackle and Torreria is really good at intercepting tackles. Im trying to get the right system out of the front three. At the moment, the LF and RF are set to target men and drift wide which works well. The ST, is a tricky one. Ive tried all variations of tactics but still havent found something I like yet. GIroud as a target man is a beast but is a little too slow.
Clearing out your squad is a massive headache but it needs to be done. Trying to do it every week and keep on top of it all. Does anyone ever use the training items? They are long to apply and dont really sell if you list.

I’ll use the bronze ones from time to time, but can’t say I notice much difference.
Im going to start using them. Its a headache to apply them in game. Using the web app is much quicker.

Loyalty required in SBC's is a right pain, I am on the last challenge and it seemingly can't be done without having 10 players with the loyalty chemistry bonus.
I now have to play 10 games with a shit squad to complete the whole SBC. Very frustrating.

So it turns out I was wrong in what I thought timed finishing was. I've actually been after the low driven command which is apparently RB + LB + B. Explains some of my struggles.
The timed finishing thing is better for first time shots from a ball being fed in, or volleyed/headed etc.
That's what I thought it was initially too, but it works for everything not just those type of strikes.

I wouldn't say this is a glitch. If just normal expected behaviour. If you disconnect from the game, it counts as a loss and the game played for each player as by one. I have used it twice already for SBC requirements.

I've just seen the Lucas Moura POTM SBC is only 45k to do. I have 2 days to potentially raise the coins for it, which could just about be done.

If you are going Prem and its not going to ruin your coins I would. He will be good for a while. Joint second best right sided player in the Prem for less than half the coins of the cards he is joint with (UCL Mahrez and Sterling)
I finished it the other day after asking the same thing - he's very good and well worth it imo. Once better cards come out, he'll still be a decent super-sub, and you can always chuck him in an SBC later in the season.
I also managed to pack a Son in the reward packs, so I've actually made money on the SBC overall.

Don't have a PL team, but he's a very good sub.
Only just noticed earlier that on the pre-match bit when the players are shaking hands you can hear them say 'good game/all the best/you're getting fucked up/have a good one'

De Ligt, Sabitzer, Barkley and Immobile all look good.
Hulk as a striker with Hunter would be a hell of an upgrade on Bakambu, same pace as a Hawk Bakambu, far superior shooting and physicals... and allow me to bring in Willian at RF. But the price tag currently hovering around 320k is fucking mental for an 84 rated card.
It's absolutely worth it, I would say it is worth it even without the packs you receive. You will make a good amount from the packs.
I have 260K and have no idea on how to spend it on my Premiership side.

Considering Kane, Sanchez and Fabinho. No player in my team stands out as a weakness and when I tried loan Eriksen, Salah and Sane none of them stood out for me. Ndidi is truly a beast for me.
I have NDidi and Seri either side of Sigurdsson in the 4321. I love them both.
Perreira at RB, Sanchez at CB, Lloris in goal.

Just the laced/sidefoot shot issue I think. In the notes they've specifically called out they'll be making very limited changes to gameplay.
Took the 44k for Tier 2 D5. Looking forward to Fut Champs rewards tonight, although it'll just be Silver 3 since I didn't get more than a few hours of Friday to give it a go. Interested to see if my Fut Champs Qualification points from Div Rivals and Fut Champs will carry over since I'm already qualified for this weekend.
When i click the import to FUTBIN button, nothing happens anymore. Ive tried every browser and enabled flash. Annoying.
