Realised I forgot about NXT last week so I just watched it.
The main event was as good as a Takeover headline, the work between Dunne and Ricochet was amazing. Obviously they were going to do a non finish (to build for WarGames and no double champion) but it was still a special match.
The ending was about as good as that sort of inevitable non-ending can be yo be fair to them and didn't harm either guy, something the main roster bookers are basically incapable of.
I do think they need to be letting Hanson and Rowe muller some dickheads in the ring though because as things stand I'm not sure how we're supposed to care that they're after UE.
Ricochet & War Raiders vs British Strong Style vs Undisputed era at Wargames is what they're going for which would be pretty mega.
Feels a bit forced, they should just do War Machine against Handgesture United.

The Dolph/McIntyre v Rollins/Ambrose and Styles/Joe were both good. No holy shit moments but good matches worth a watch.
The rest of the card (especially the main event) was fairly shit.

Imagine seeing your town mayor turning on DX in a massive Australian cricket ground.
Honestly, overall I'd say the show was enjoyable. There were a fair few botches in the main event, but I didn't give a shit. You don't expect great workrate or athleticism in an Undertaker vs Triple H match in 2018, but you do expect good storytelling - and they definitely delivered on that.
It's a shame the Miz v Daniel Bryan match was so weird - not sure what happened with that, it sort of felt like Miz forgot to kick out in time or something.
I'd say it was better than a normal monthly PPV.
