More importantly, on this weeks MYC Mercedes Martinez debuted a new (to me) article of totally pointless wrestling attire. Not content with the now commonplace sleeveless trench coat look she went for just a hood with most of one sleeve attached. A true pioneer.
I liked Priscilla Kelly turning up as pound shop Paige too.
Toni Storm would appear to have ditched the tiny top hat from last year too, greatly damaging her chances in my mind.

Edit: Ending was a bit strange but a good match.
Edit: Ziggler/McIntyre v Ambrose/Rollins is one of the better matches they've had on a PPV this year. That was quality and I loved the timing of the claymore by big Drew.

The main event
HIAC was a bit shit all round from what I saw. I was intrigued by Orton Vs Jeff for about 5 minutes but after the 50th "OOH he's rammed him into the wall a bit hard!" spot I got bored and skipped through it, and the finish was fucking laughable. Orton rolled out the way and had a cup of tea and a slice of cake before Jeff fell off.
The Brie and Bryan Vs Miz and Maryse match was fucking stupid too (not that I expected anything else). I mean... Maryse is a 2 time Divas champion... either let her wrestle, of if she physically can't, don't book her.
I skimmed the main event too, but it looked like a typical clusterfuck. Have to echo the previous post... lol at them ending a HIAC because both men are fucked.
I thought it was alright (one of the better PPVs this year) but Maryse/Miz v Bryan/Brie and the main event really let it down.
Orton/Jeff was one of the better HIAC matches recently (despite the sub-par ending)
Becky/Charlotte was alright and the right person won
Ziggler/McIntyre v SHIELD was quality
AJ/Samoa was also really good but should have been in a cell
Rousey/Bliss was boring and predictable.
Basically it fell off a cliff when Brie stepped into the ring which is what usually happens.
I skipped the Tag match entirely because I'm bored of that feud. There's only so many 478 minute matches between the same guys you can take.
The Orton Hardy screwdriver bit was odd in that it seemed both kind of gross and strangely nonviolent because of the editing.
I enjoyed that PPV on the whole. Didn't bother with the mixed tag and the main event was utter, utter shit but the rest of it was at least decent and there was some good stuff in there and some surprisingly decent finishes too.
I really struggle with why someone would come up with that and why everyone would agree. Short of it being Vince and him not giving two shits about what anyone else thinks ofc.
The match was actually semi-decent (despite the million superman punches) until it suddenly was very very shit. To have them basically take a nap whilst the Shield and Braun's mates do what they did and then for Bork to end it all with a single F5 when in a main event it takes about 4 to put someone away.
I like how Drew McIntyre has gone from a sloppy 3MB nerd to being a giant threat, mostly by just accentuating his strengths rather than Jinder Mahal and his prayers and vitamins.
I do like how Roman Megapush Reigns has spent most of the last 18 months feuding Boatman and Bork, who each take about 19 of his signature moves / finishers to go down.
