My match against @Browning in the TTH Dynasty league is going to be a fucking bloodbath.
I expect bodies flying everywhere.

Love you too you mad bastard
I look forward to an ACL tear this evening then.
Daily Fantasy Week 1:
Wilson (QB)
Hunt (RB)
Dixon (RB)
Agholor (WR)
Thielen (WR)
Locket (WR)
Kelce (TE)
Sanu (FLEX)
Jags (DEF/ST)
I'm assuming standard daily fantasy scoring applies. Decent lineup but I'm expecting to play Katy Perry songs on loop if shit goes sideways this week. Jags@Giants has potential to be a shitstorm.
More than a Thielen (random Yahoo league): Bloodbath. Wilson vs Brady, Agholor and Thielen vs Baldwin and Landry (lol), Kamara and Cohen vs Fournette and Chris Thompson (that is if he doesn't move Aaron Jones to the bench), Kelce v Gronk (), my opponent can't be arsed to get a kicker (he currently has Bailey starting), Seahawks against the Jags. Someone hold me before things get messy.
TTH Dynasty: @Browning
TTH: May of given Thommo an easy Wub. Nothing stands out from this matchup apart from a potential Big Ben v Wilson fist fight.
Well that went about as badly as it could’ve for me - had to start Nick Foles in the dynasty league & he scored 3.75pts
Never mind, didn’t realise the trade had already gone through. I don’t feel quite so bad now. I am facing one team that has both Julio & Ajayi though, so maybe that one’s already over.

Pretty good Thursday for once with all my opponents over 6 leagues starting shit players except one guy who started Ajayi in the only league where I started someone... Julio.
One guy I am facing has Ajayi but he benched him in favour of Cook, Conner and Goodwin.
I started Ajayi
You’ve done pretty well out of trading with me in the TTH league so far
I would have had him on the bench anyway & I doubt I would’ve been able to get much more for him even after that game, so I’m fairly okay with it as long as he doesn’t keep doing it all year. Considering how terrible Foles was though, he might have to for at least another couple of weeks.

I’m the favourite in all 6 of my matches now with the Pleb match being the closest at 54%.
Definitely going to go 2-4 or something.
Played Ryan in TTH Dynasty and Freeman in both TTH leagues. A very conflicted owner right now.
Made me favourite in TTH dynasty.
Jones and the Eagles D probably saved you in the other though.
Should probably get the week one picks up before I head off.

Also, don't forget about the daily fantasy league & survivor pool on Yahoo.

That’s really close to my initial picks Who was your Bears/Packers pick?
GAME OF THE WEEK - Bears v Packers - Over/under 44.5 total points (just to refresh your memories, 2pts for a correct GOTW pick, and 2pts for a correct over/under guess)
1pt for each correct pick from the remaining games...

49ers v Vikings
Jets v Lions
Cardinals v Redskins
Panthers v Cowboys
Titans v Dolphins
Seahawks v Broncos
Patriots v Texans
Colts v Bengals
Chiefs v Chargers

10pts if you get it spot on, otherwise 5pts to whoever gets closest on each of the following (based on scoring in the TTH league):

And 10pts minus however many you're out by in the player prediction:
This week, Andrew Luck will score... 19 points.
Bell officially out.
That makes my IDP dynasty tricky as the guy I'm playing is a slight underdog but that was with the NFL assuming that Conner wouldn't start.

Been away for the past week so have missed a lot of the build-up to opening week. Didn't even find time to watch Eagles-Falcons, but I'm back just in time for tonight.

TTH League: As Pleb says, we're facing off. Although I feel fairly confident, Ajayi really kicked things off well for his team, so could be a bit closer than I originally thought.
TTH Dynasty: Projections already said I would lose, as I'm facing off against the guy who (I believe) auto-drafted. Julio has already given him a great start to the week, and his WRs greatly outmatch mine, although Kamara and McCaffrey should dominate for me. I expect I'll lose but it could be close.

@Dan any luck finding the guy who hasn't joined back?
I've just checked up on where I lie and I'm pretty much dead in the water in standard TTH, I did fancy my chances in Dynasty but Ryan and Freeman combined to make Mahow now slight favourite.
Dans league however sees me put Mahow right on the back foot.
My Freeman troubles turn and work for me in the work league. No PPR means he put up 5 points.
GAME OF THE WEEK - Bears v Packers - Over/under 44.5 total points - Should be a close one to start the season. The Bears have loaded up this offseason, and they're going to be really good in a year or two, but week one is too soon to picture them rolling Aaron Rodgers.
Ravens v Bills - This is my pick in the survivor pool, but I'm still not 100% convinced. We're always so sure we know who's good & who isn't before the season starts, and there's something in my head making me doubt whether the Bills are really going to be as terrible as we think. On the other hand, they really just have nothing at all on offence, so I just can't see them winning this one.
Jags v Giants - If the Jags defence is as good as last season this could be bad for Eli. OBJ v Ramsey should be amazing to watch, but in the end it'll probably come down to which QB makes the least horrible mistakes.
Saints v Bucs - Please don't fuck this up
49ers v Vikings - This should be a pretty interesting game, but the Vikings are one of the most complete teams in the league, so I have to go with them. The only hope for San Fran is that Jimmy G really is the messiah & their beastly D-Line crushes Minnesota's unconvincing O-Line.
Jets v Lions - I really want to pick the Jets here, but I just can't convince myself to pull the trigger.
Cardinals v Redskins - This might be the most evenly matched game of the week - both of these teams could be quietly good this year, but the return of David Johnson will be the difference.
Panthers v Cowboys - I said it a few times last season, but the Panthers just have the ability to win games without actually being very good. Dallas are there for the taking this week, and I'd imagine Carolina will squeeze out the win just to piss me off.
Titans v Dolphins - I have the Titans winning the AFC South (somehow), and the Dolphins just look terrible, but this is another game where I could easily see the Dolphins winning. This has to be the season Mariota steps up or else he's probably joining Jameis in the 'should we replace him?' club.
Seahawks v Broncos - I have Denver as my surprise good team, and Seattle as my surprise bad one, so this should be an obvious pick, but you can never count out Russell Wilson, especially when the guy on the other side is Case Keenum.
Patriots v Texans - I just can't convince myself that DeShaun Watson will continue to be as absurdly productive as he was last year. This might well be the highest scoring game of the week, but I can't go against Brady & Belichick.
Colts v Bengals - This one is the sneaky shootout of the week. The Colts defence is garbage, and if Andrew Luck is okay this might be a cracker. In the end, though, it's the Colts defence that will decide the game.
Chiefs v Chargers - The Chiefs are probably going to be the most entertaining team to watch this season - their defence is going to give up a billion points, and their offence is going to be chucking it all over the place. KC usually win this game, but I just can't see them beating a loaded Chargers team, even without Joey Bosa.
Rams v Raiders - Oakland are another team in the 'can they really be as bad as we think?' club, but until I see it I'm going to stick with the Rams.
Steelers v Browns - Sorry Cleveland. Much like the Jets, I want to pick you, but I just can't. They're going to win games this season though.
---
The #1 QB this week will be...Drew Brees - We should have the best of this game, and things are shaping up nicely for it to be an old school, Brees throws it all over the place, type game.
The #1 RB this week will be...Todd Gurley - If the Raiders are as bad as we think, he could have a monster game here.
The #1 WR this week will be...DeAndre Hopkins - I'm taking the stud in the shootout, thanks.
The #1 TE this week will be...Rob Gronkowski - See above.
The #1 DST this week will be...Baltimore Ravens - The Bills offence looks to be terrible, their O-Line is worrying & Baltimore are consistently one of the better defences. Seems like the obvious pick.
---
This week, Andrew Luck will score...23pts - I'm going with the shootout & hoping he doesn't get crippled.
I'm playing Thommo in TTH @Browning (I think), got you in Dynasty.
I'll ask the guy who wanted in just before our draft, too. See if he's still keen.
He wants in. I'll invite him if that's okay?
Forgot I had Dan's Dynasty league as well
Luckily apart from Tavin Coleman scoring points I'm still in the tie. Amendola is probably gonna get benched because trusting a Dolphin is probably a fantasy suicide.
I really don’t fancy Duke Johnson today with that weather but I have zero options in the 12 teamer. Need that number 1 waiver to yield me a RB somehow but it’s unlikely given everyone and their dog is already owned.
A nice early Zeke injury would do I guess.
My opponent in my other dynasty league is leaving it super late to add a DST so the moment Bell was officially out I added the Saints. Be tempting to drop them for Detroit come 6:01... but I am sure he will act now.
Can't believe I'm still starting John Brown despite the conditions (by which I mean him playing for Baltimore).
Great start for Watson
Kamara off & running already.
Why the fuck did I start Big Ben in TTH
I KNEW I should've gone for Fitzmagic over Foles
Brown
Best Raven of all time.
He's going to have a great season.
I'm wide awake.
Christine Michael isn't in, is he?
Glad I put Ebron in my lineup, less glad I have lots of the Titans DST.
The DeShaun Watson hype train might have derailed today.
Michael Thomas has 7 catches for 84 yards & we're not even at half-time

Fuck me, I decided to play Clowney and Judon ahead of Buckner in my IDP league and he's obviously gone mental.
He's already got 13 points.
Are QBs not meant to lose points for being sacked? Doesn't seem to be happening in the 12 teamer....
This Texans offence is really fucking me up.
