Yea, Sunday is on. I’ll be posting some league rules on the message board soon but only the previously announced position limits should effect the draft.
We are also up to 12 but if anyone drops out at any point I’ll likely need back ups because I have no idea who else I would invite.
OK, the league rules post is up. It was longer than anticipated, but most of it is stuff I've discussed with the owner of Fay's Fall Guys (my unofficial co-commissioner of leagues I run) and makes sense to both of us. Any glaring concerns you can comment in that thread so that the non-TTH players can read it too, if not then we just get ready to draft (I'll just have to remember to edit the roster sizes to allow us to do the online/offline part).
Jesus, you wrote a book thereShould all be fine - I was just going through my rankings anyway, as I'd just imported standard redraft ones from another league, so had to go digging for all the rookies & get things shuffled about.
I might set up a daily fantasy league on Yahoo as well if anyone wants to do that.
A lot of it was copied from my other league, where the rules came together in dribs and drabs as we figured stuff out, haha. Obviously had to edit parts of it to make it work for 12 teamer. Only the draft stuff was a pain to write.
Holy shit. My main league keeper deadline just passed, and Fay's Fall Guys forgot to submit his, meaning he doesn't get Zeke in the 3rd round. This changes everything for my 1st round pick because now Zeke is going to be on the board. Of course, he'll probably go before I pick at 5, but someone else has to fall instead.
Edit- The keeper list:
Gurley- Round 3 (Me)
D.Johnson- Round 1
Cooper- Round 3
Gronk- Round 4
Landry- Round 7
Watson- Round 18
Goff- Round 22
The QBs make a lot of sense because it's a 2 QB league so they are amazing value, though I did have the Goff team pencilled in to keep McCaffrey in the 4th but ultimately he's probably made the right call. Landry and Gronk were likely the best picks on teams with no better options, and David Johnson makes sense as the guy is a Cards season ticket holder and picks last. That just leaves.... the head scratcher, particularly as it was 3.01 and the guy could have kept Ertz in round 15 or so.

Good point... it's today because we're 1 week away from the draft. Not sure when Yahoo will do it officially, but I'll give everyone who hasn't submitted until Midnight to do so (via PM or this thread if you can't do it on Yahoo now).

Yea it’s 2 keepers. You can check your draft spot on the results page in case it influences your decision.
@thommo is the only other one we are waiting for I believe.

I've just noticed that as Yahoo has reset the teams, I have no idea who was on the roster in the TTH side I inherited. Might just say no keepers and re-draft completely.

Gurley was basically my only reliably competent player last year and amongst a lot of unappealing other picks I'm quite happy with Larry in the 7th.
Not sure if I'd be better just only taking one keeper for that second one but whatever.
I think I'll take Diggs and give up the 8th, just the one keeper. Not much value to choose from in all honesty.

My RBs are horse shit, but otherwise I'm happy with my team considering I had the worst draft slot going.
Rather than re-doing the draft, I've locked all transactions, and will just add people to rosters when they are drafted. It'll make it a bit harder to keep track of, but much less work for me than going through and adding all the picks in again. If people want to make picks now, they can, but we won't officially open until tomorrow morning.
I'm pretty satisfied with most of my team - I'm not thrilled with the RBs again but I think I might just have to accept that's just a part of the way I approach those kinds of drafts. Should have a decent number of options to pad out the onesie positions, and I think I've already decided who my final pick is going to be
There was a point in the draft where I looked at my queue & had Mike Gesicki & Kenny Stills at the top. I then remembered I also have Kenyan Drake, and it was at that point that my brain triggered the override to stop me drafting three players from one of the two worst teams in the league.

I feel okay about going 3 x RB to start now. I was looking to pick a WR, but I just didn't see anyone massively jumping out to me that wouldn't have been a reach. Went with RBs that I actually liked instead. I could always trade too.
An ok first attempt at a draft I think, although looking at some of the picks I took, I reached on at least a couple of occasions. Quite satisfying when you make a pick only for someone else to moan about it in chat.
Bell and Collins is a fairly swish two even if Collins value is lower in a PPR but backups of D'Onta Freeman and Kenneth Dixon is pretty fucking lol.
I had so many RB's that were taken just ahead of my picks and/or RB's I just couldn't trust so I thought I might as well load up on WR and go RB heavy next year.
Some of the older guys dropping was crazy. But like you say, first attempt. We live and learn.
Way different to a redraft league, but we'll see if I did good or not.
3 of my main targets were Guice, Henry and Dez who I thought people might forget about, so happy to get 2 out of 3. Just need Dez to sign somewhere now.
Clevelend have said no, but I think that's very good news for both him and them.
@Pleb if you change your mind about autodrafting let me know, otherwise, as stated, I'll pick for you using the Yahoo rankings, and I will pick it as quickly as possible to get things moving.
