Pretty shit if that’s the case. Head to head would work much better in a draft league.

I see someone in the main game triple captained Luke Shaw. I know there is probably a quantum explanation for that (4.5m players allows for all possible eventualities) but seriously? Must have been seething their tits off when that late Vardy goal went in.
Yeah it's points ffs James.
Rose not playing but Aurier has set up Alli for me in draft.
That is a bit shit, soz. I didn't really know what I was doing.
Swear I made Salah my captain 5 times and it's showing Arnautovic anyways.
Ofc Richarlison scores. He was in my team though all variations bar the final one.
I've sent an e-mail asking if it can be fixed.
I feel like doing 3 transfers already.
Saw Salah scored and started to seethe and now my captain Mane has scored 2 instead
Andre Gomes didn't play so Jimenez will come in for 6 and if Kompany doesn't come off the bench Pereira will come in with 4.
Really hoping Sane doesn't come on in the 89th minute.
On for about 90 points. Not a bad start.
Tad annoying that Mahrez got subbed on 59 mins.
94 with an Aguero disasterclass and AWB on the bench as well.
Pep ruining hope of Neves getting subbed on in my team by bringing Sane on in the 86th
Had Obi Wan-Bissaka first sub but he never got on.
Richarlison, Mendy and Mane all smashed it and Salah for 8x2.
My draft did so fucking bad this week 13 points.
My draft shit on my actual team. Defenders coming through the dons.
My draft team was the only good thing for me this weekend. If only De Bruyne hadn't played. I'd be top of the table.
On the main game I had a shit week. Like everyone I had Wan-Bissaka on the bench. Only real grievance I had player wise this weekend was my last minute change from Neves to Ralls.
60 on regular and 45 on draft, not too bad.
Ranked 33k overall, I reckon that's the highest I've ever been on this.
Decent start. 81pts.
I knew I shouldn't have picked Keita... Great game, but only 3pts. Seems to be a slightly undervalued position in FF.
59 for me, largely thanks to the scouse contingent. Think it's the first time I've ever scored above global average in week 1.
Yeah he is, like all midfielders who don't just get loads of goals/assists. I agree with what Andy said a while ago, that it's fine because it keeps the game simple, and you just ignore that type of player for the most part.
I tried the Bundesliga fantasy game a while ago and it's stupidly convoluted. Iirc you get points for duels won, second assists and shit like that. I was enough of a saddo to make an account, but not that sad ffs.
The BPS is a nice halfway house I think.
The only other way I can think of doing it is having a 'DM' position separately who gets clean sheet points like a defender and attacking points like a midfielder.
Normally it's never a good idea to do early transfer based off the first round, but I'm trading out Jota for Neves, simply because Neves is cheaper and will go up at least 0.1 or maybe 0.2 in value this week.
I left Neves sitting on the bench. At least Christian Eriksen scored me a nice healthy 2 points.
Pretty poor week to start for me, 42 points.
Wan-Bissaka on the bench, and my Fulham bias meant I went for Cairney instead of Neves as my £5m midfielder.
De Bruyne coming on and getting booked was annoying. Might have got Neves' points but then Sane trots on to waste 5 mins. A very meh 60 points.
At this point if they did it it would invariably screw up multiple seasons because they wouldn't be able to figure out pricing for DM's properly, and so everyone would end up figuring out that you can score masses of points by having 6M DM's in your midfield. A bit like the year Leicester won and everyone ended up with the exact same team because all the top scorers were like 7m and 8m.
May as well try it. Salah, Hazard etc getting the same one point bonus for a clean sheet as Matic or Dier is stupid.
Look I didn't go for Salah and now I'm top of the league so all your tips should come from me. I reccomend a backline of West Ham and Arsenal defenders.
Yeah this is kind of true.
But also, it's sort of what keeps the game a bit fun, finding value in players being a bit out of position. Salah and Hazard are borderline forwards classified as midfielders. Now that half the teams are playing with wingbacks, they are almost like old school wingers but not quite - etc.
And it doesn't exactly make sense a lot of the time, but the game is fun, everyone knows how to play, and I could easily see changes screwing it up a bit.
That said, I sort of agree. I keep feeling annoyed that some of the most important players in the league (read: Kante) isn't really valued at all in a game like this.
Neves in for Milivojevic. Really undecided on the captaincy front between Salah, Firmino (current choice), Sanchez or possibly even Robertson.
Sane out. Mitro out. Richarlison and Vardy in.
Can i get in on the draft or will that fuck up the powers of 2 you got going on
if you need a power of 2 i can jump in
Oh it's a 9*4, double home-and-away.
I bet 11*3 + 3 will be more fun
De Bruyne and Andre Gomes out with Neves and Mane coming in.
Why are people taking 4 point hits so early?
Mahow's is basically betting on Neves scoring this weekend and his record is hardly great.
Because that was going to be my only change until De Bruyne got injured.
Took the point hit so I didn't get hit by the price drop.
Paid for making an early transfer.
Captain David Silva, do me proud.
I'm a twit
