Chelsea has rejected a third Barcelona bid (£65m) for Willian. Now Barcelona is allegedly trying to sign Malcolm who was super close to joining Roma.

If Utd really go into this season having only signed Fridge for the first team (which isn't looking all that unlikely) then my god it's going to be rough.
Les Fridge?
The problem with Mourinho football is that if he isn't winning the league, it's pretty bleak.
Thinking when was the last time any team finished above Man Utd in the league for six seasons straight.
What an odd stat to think/care about.
They only desperately need a centre-back (preferably not Harry Maguire), and somebody to be really good on the right side of the attack. The latter will probably come from overseas, so whatever there is ages left. I also think I'm in the get 'Tony Martial' to fuck camp now. Fanny.
How long has Mourinho been there now? How many more seasons does he get if he doesn't win the league?
If he goes close this year then I would give him another one. If he is well off the pace again, and doesn't do anything in the cups (like win them), then you could make a strong case for chucking him. I think what would decide it there is if things are still a bit disjointed and weird like they were for the back half of this previous season, because then you would have to ask what he is actually doing to manage the players he has.
What he needs to do is get the most out of his best player (Poggers) rather than falling out with him. Probably too late.
Paulp Ogba needs to get the best out of himself.
I can understand why Martial was pissed off last season to be honest. He'd been playing well before Sanchez came in, then he just instantly lost his place and didn't get it back despite Sanchez being pretty shit.
His 'attitude' was never a problem under Van Gaal either. Mourinho is definitely part of the problem.
On another note, Malcom has signed for Barca now.
Still no transfer news in or out for Spurs, but one of our center backs did pick up an injury, so theres that at least
Richarlison to Everton being reported as done.
He was doing alright, but he hasn't taken any of the opportunities he has had since then, so what can you do? It's all the more frustrating bearing in mind that they are crying out for a right-sided attacker, so why doesn't he make that position his own? He has everything you could want to be effective there.
Do you not have to accept that sometimes young players aren't Ronaldo and won't just "take their opportunities" every time but have some faith if you believe in them? Martial is in the top handful of players in our squad I wouldn't be selling.
I don't think you need to be Ronaldo, seeing as Jesse Lingard has managed to go from lol big goal merchant to key international player in twelve months. What was he offering the manager that Martial doesn't, or more likely won't? I would happily keep him for the long-term, but if he would rather play for Chelsea than fight for a place then pfft.
Andre Shirley is back in London for a medical with Fulham
They are pretty badly short at the moment, need a number of signings.
We've made 3 signings so far (4 if Schurrle does come in), but we lost Fredericks and 6 loans from last season. We're lacking a lot of depth and a couple of first-team players for sure.
We need to get Mitrovic over the line and then move for a couple of defenders in my opinion.
Jerome Boateng is in talks with PSG and Gelson Martins has joined A.Madrid for free on a six year deal.

Who?
Robert Green. I'd have thought him chucking one in against America would be the highlight of that world cup for you.
The bit I like the most is how the newspapers are calling it a SHOCK TRANSFER when he's no doubt moving to be 3rd choice and satisfy homegrown requirements.
Schar's on his way for £3.5m. That's practically free.
I read his name as 5char.
Barcelona seem to have signe this Malcom for 36m.
I don't get things. Now I don't know much about this guy, but I know quite a few clubs were after him already last year. Much like Jean Michel Seri at nice.
Now in the end, he goes for 36m, and Seri went (to Fulham on top of it) for like 25m or something.
Meanwhile, Everton are trying to sign Richairlison for 50m. It's like the people making these decisions don't have the Internet or something.
Wolves has signed Jonny Castro on loan. Barry Douglas looks like he could be joining Leeds. He is one of Wolves best players last year playing as a wing back. I would be super disapointed to see him go. He whipped in several free-kicks last year with his left foot. He is a really good player.
Why would they get rid of him then...?
He's not Portuguese.
Not part of the Mendez master plan.
Facts. Wolves have a Portuguese Nando invasion under Nuno and Super Agent Mendes which worked in the championship very well. But in the big man league, he has added more Portuguese and Spanish man. Too much already.
Man Utd have made an official approach for Harry Maguire.
Ugh
Can't be any Utd supporter not seriously underwhelmed with that.
Robert Green is an American footballing legend put some respek on his name! lolol
To be fair, this was our highlight that World Cup FWIW:

Leicester have apparently rejected £65m for Maguire. Bonkers.
I don't think Harry will pull a Mahrez so Leicester will be alright
They don't need to sell and after a strong World Cup he's at the peak of his value. I imagine you'll be paying nine figures if you want him.
Utterly appalling bit of recruitment from United unless they think he's Baresi.
"Having had a good world cup" for a player who is up until then not really that proven is a classic. Don't think it has ever, EVER been a good buy for the buying in terms of value.
Can someone think of an example where it actually happened, where a player (who wasn't already at a top club) did an amazing World Cup and then turned out to be worth the price?
Is there really not a better central defender anywhere in Europe that could be had for sixty million quid? He apparently won't even force the move as well the timewaster.
English Premium.
I think they are fine for homegrowns as well so it makes zero sense.
