Vince will instantly shit on that program unless his son in law steps in.
Seemingly it just means “best”.
That she's the bEST, the strongEST, the fastEST etc.
Seemingly they haven't thought about the fact that makes her the weakest or the slowest etc too.
I didn't get it for a while until a commentator explained what she meant by the EST.
Oh I see, they could probably have been a bit clearer with that.
She is great though, there's some really interesting wrestlers in that division.
Yep.
I fucking love me some Kairi Sane, especially with her new submission.
Dakota Kai pisses me off so much now after her meek bullshit with Shayna.
Pirate Lady and Toni Storm are particularly good, Mrs Wrestling is also decent.
Sane is great. She's definitely going to ruin her body with that amazing elbow drop though.
She'll just switch arms like a pro.
Here are the names announced for the second Mae Young Classic:
Deonna Purrazzo
Io Shirai
Jessie Elaban
Jinny
Kacy Catanzaro
Kaitlyn
Nicole Matthews
Reina Gonzalez
Rhea Ripley
Tegan Nox.
I decided to write them as I knew 10 names were announced and I assumed 12 would be the final tally. It's going to be 32 though.
I'd imagine that Toni Storm, Isla Dawn and Killer Kelly will be announced as they performed at the UK Championship. I can also see them announcing Marina Shafir (just found out she's married to Roderick Strong too) and Jessamyn Duke to complete THE FOUR HORSEWOMEN set as they've been training for a few months at the performance centre.
Can't see past Io Shirai though.
Tombstone with a moonsault to Shayna there.
Between this and NXT UK you buggers have it so good.

Gimmick Jr.
Might give it a go.
Joe Hendry and Martin Kirby should be the best things on that.
The pilot they did a while ago had a proper panto 80s feel to it, this looks like they're taking it more serious. ITV though innit
It was like the Generation Game does wrestling with a really odd studio audience. This seems like a better setup.
New Japan World is free for tonights G1.
Gee Id love to be their paid Australian hype man!
I still think there's a hint of that now that Davey Boy Smith Jr going full Bulldog. Because they fucking hammered that home in the first run. "It's BRITISH BULLDOG'S SON WITH THE SAVE!" every week. I get that they might not have a smarky audience (which is cool because fuck that crowd) but it fucking kills any chance of him being a character.
Liked the ending of the women's main event on NXT but it's a shame Bianca Belair had to miss it.
And the award for weirdest indy match ever booked goes to.... (spoilered for potentially big image)
Toggle Spoiler
Does Dave Benson Phillips still have that weird list of stuff he wants to swap for washing machines and fridges and stuff?
Gunge attack as his finisher
Bryan's chest at the end looked like someone had taken a rake to it.
I just looked for the chops and found this instead:
Suzuki slapped concussion into Yoshi Hashi last night that was very uncomfortable veiwing. I dont know how to post it from my phone.

He had a cracker against Naito early this year. The bloke can definitely go when he is up against those top of the card wrestlers.
Word is that Stephanie is going to announce an all female PPV (with Vs directed at Saudi Arabia) and/or female tag team belts on Monday night.
I originally thought tag belts would be stupid as there are about 1/2 teams on each division but they'll be defended across all brands (including NXT and NXT UK).
You forgot 'WOMEN'S REVOLUTION'.
So did they when they signed that deal.
Next year's event books itself.
WOMEN INVASION. Women win with outside interference from James Ellsworth.
@Disco Do you find Tama Tonga to be a massive cornball? It cant be just me that finds his overacting a bit much.
I think it's ok in this kind of storyline, can't say I've noticed it very much before now.
Goto v Ishii was the surprise of yesterdays show, two solid gentlemen knocking the shit out of each other for far longer than you would have thought possible. Sanada v ZSJ and Yano v Ibush also very good.
Impacts Slammiversary seems to have been a cracker of a PPV.
Matthew Riddle has signed for NXT apparently.

I do find it strange that people like that go into a developmental program, he's one of the more original indie guys around so I hope some of that survives.
I was thinking NXT has to be his ceiling in WWE. No chance he is getting over on the big 2.
Don't know anything about his wrestling skills but he was pretty decent in MMA. He did come across as a twat though.
Looking at his finishing/signature moves on Wiki he still is a twat.
