The Portuguese manager looks like he could be Slaven Bilic's da.

The Uruguayan left back is a Juan Pablo Sorin regen
'There's the big loser.'
Both games have been highly entertaining. I'm not going to be able to watch tomorrows games
Well I for one just assumed that one was going to be a shithouse-laden borefest so that was quite pleasing.
He looks like he's just finished a shift of construction work everytime the camera's on him.
@Ian: First half was quite shit, but the early Portugal goal really changed it.
'Got young Gimenez next to him', says Lee Dixon after commending Godin's experience. That the same Gimenez who already has twice as many caps as you got in your career, Lee?
More titles as well.
I want to punch my telly when Keith Andrews is on.

Crazy picture, he is too young. What a talent.
Doubt it. Ronaldo only went to Madrid 9 year ago.
Pretty cool image of th ball hitting the crossbar from a Griezmann free kick

Uruguay look a serious team, underestimated them. Solid defensively, Suarez doing his very effective gnat buzzing around your face thing, and Cavani playing out of his skin.
Uruguay Ruined my sweepstake but there was no way Portugal were going to get Ronaldo'd to two trophies in a row so may as well get out the way & let Uruguay do France in with an actual ability to defend.
France vs Uruguay. Bloody nora.
Was solely focused on Cavani for that 2nd goal, totally overlooked the blunder by Pepe with his header.
Also, the more I watch that Pavard goal, the more I'm convinced that we just won't see a better goal than that. Insanely good strike, but the build up was also really good, with Matuidi's pass and that run from Hernandez.

wow imagien like 10 years ago was like no iphones crazy
The thing that gets me about Pavard's goal is how controlled it is. At first glance, I thought he fell over as he struck it, making it look like a fluke. But he's bloody meant it which shows some incredible balance. Uruguay were pretty good to watch, too. Suarez and Cavani work so well together.
I'm going to be so disappointed when Suarez does his token villainous act for the year.
They were good defensively too. I'm struggling to think of a player striker who appeaers to work harder on the field than Suarez. He runs at full speed every single time
Today is a hard one to get excited about.
It's a shame he's such an awful cunt really.
I've put all my money on Spain to beat Russia which considering my current win rate of 0, expect an upset.
Missed both matches yesterday, which apparently were quite good. I'm also missing both today so I hope they are completely shit to compensate for yesterday.
I'm looking forward to Croatia v Denmark and I'm not sure why. Both should give it a go, I guess.
Do people actually think Denmark have a chance? I’d put them in an even worse position than Argentina yesterday.
I'm a twit
Of course they have a chance. They have a wonderful number ten and a solid defence.
Also Croatia are famous for imploding when you expect them to don it.
Iniesta dropped
Iniestia being dropped should see Spain piss this as Silva can play down the middle.
Well, that was a weird goal.
That's a great own goal.
More hilarious than weird.
Ignashevich could have cleared that if he kept an eye on the ball, rather than trying to rugby tackle Ramos.
Apparently De Gea has only made 1 save in almost 300 minutes of football so far. Would be an impressive defensive stat if they hadn't conceded 5 goals.
The commentator announcing the name of the player after he has passed it to somebody else is really bugging me. Can't say I've noticed other commentators doing that.
Game really needs a Russia goal or it'll be the same turgid shit for the rest of the game.
I suppose the one drawback of doping your players up to the eyeballs is that you could come up against Spain where any advantage is nullified.
I'd forgotten how colossally dull this Spain side are when they go 1-0 up.
Thankfully their defence is complete shambles.
Still have no idea how Pique plays for a top side. Makes Cahill look competent.
Something poetic about them getting mugged off by this absolute lumbering carthorse.
How can you play at the top of the game for so long and still be a complete and utter dumbass, what did he think he was doing?
Pique has always been crap (or at least vastly overrated).
Assuming the yellow was for the actual handball, he should then have gone for dissent (should be an automatic yellow delaying a penalty kick).
