Driving through Slovenia and had to stop:
If the skin had been a bit crisper it would have been on of the greatest meals I've ever eaten.

That poor fucking dog.
Celebratory first attempt at making some kimchi:
Fermented cabbage and fish sauce and chilli and stuff
I've heard it smells pretty strong so I might be in trouble with my mum in the next couple of days.
Well I suppose if you have medical skills you might as well use them.
I get *this* close to being happy for him, then he does that.
Kimchi is ace.
No one on this board has eaten more kimchi than me (probably), and the best I can say is that it makes the rest of your meal taste really great.
I got ya beat. Kimchi singlehandedly makes Korean food a top 5 cuisine

I couldn't get any daikon for some reason (the places which normally have it didn't) so I used extra carrots. Substituted shrimp paste for those fermented salted shrimp since I couldn't get them (google said it was an acceptable substitution). Left out the dropwort and asian chives.
Ordered the chilli flakes and rice flour off the amazon.
I'm just after eating 700g of strawberries I was given yesterday and now I don't feel so good.
Drink some cream.
After a day of drinking I fancy a takeaway tonight, lads. What should I get? Don't fancy Indian or Chinese.
Get someone to bring you an ASDA pizza.
Get some ENGLISH food mate, support THE LADS.
I agree with Pepe, get a curry.
I had a bean burger tonight and I think I'm beginning to feel confident that a bean burger will 9/10 beat a normal burger.
Not sure I’d go that far, but Vegeburgers are generally good. It’s a shame their sausages and mince are a fucking crime against humanity.
I'm seriously considering getting a mixed kebab myself.
What sauce?
Well jeal, pretty much stuck with garlic mayo and nasty chili sauce here. And pretty much all the kebab places have gotten done for food hygiene transgressions.
I just had a very disappointing doner.
The Kimchi is delicious.
Rotten food
I had my first ever KFC Double Down today, and it was pretty crap. Their chips are an embarrassment as well.
I have no idea how you make chips as bad as KFC do. It's almost an art.
If you find yourself in a KFC there's no reason to get anything other than a Zinger Tower.
The sweetcorn at KFC is one of the worst items of food I've ever been served anywhere.
I don't know. I reckon I could do one of them boneless boxes or whatever they're called in, with the dozen bits and a load of other crap. I spied that on their menu and thought it might be alright. Fuck everything they sell on the bone though I would sooner eat the bucket.
If you find yourself in a KFC then there's no reason not to turn around and leave immediately.
All KFC's burgers have salad so I only ever get the regular chicken.
John is the only sensible person here. It’s a Zinger Tower box meal, and you had better be having gravy with it, you mugs.
Yes. You can have it without the lettuce if it’s going to bother you that much.
Make a scene .
‘Can I have that without Lettuce please?’
‘Sure’
I don't eat burgers at all just in case there's hidden lettuce or the threat of it, I just stick to Haribo cola bottles.
It's better to get them without lettuce anyway as you get a brand new one. It takes about a minute.
Just had my first sit down Indian in yonks this evening. That twangy stuff that comes with the poppadoms
