Thielen, Kamara, Deshaun Watson & Saquon will be the most overdrafted players in fantasy this season, I think. Maybe throw Derrick Henry & Jerick McKinnon in there too.

I take full credit for telling all of you guys to draft Thielen last season
Yeah, that one worked out pretty well
It's so horrifically bad, and this draft did nothing to fix it:
QB: Allen, Dalton, Brady
WR: Sanu, Gallup, Chark, St. Brown, T.Williams, Benjamin, Wallace, Edelman, Fitzgerald, Crabtree
RB: Duke Johnson, Buck Allen, Powell, J.Williams, Murray, Lewis
TE: Goedert, James, Kelce, Reed
DST: Dallas, Seattle
K: Gostkowski
Kelce is his only asset at all I think. He was on auto draft for the initial draft and has done himself no favours since. He traded away Tyreek Hill for a bag of beans which didn't help, but somehow came 3rd last year.
He's really helped himself by picking a rookie QB that can't hit a 5yd pass, a rookie WR that can't run routes & a rookie TE that will barely play for at least a season.
His trade history since we started is:
Matt Stafford for Josh McCown and Larry Fitz
Josh Doctson and Tyreek Hill for Dion Lewis and Chris Thompson
Chris Thompson for Kelvin Benjamin
All with the same guy as well (the other team I posted).
I would love to make an offer for Kelce, but no idea where to even start as he has nothing else that interests me.
Edit- For clarification in his lineup, that's Terrance Williams, not Tyrell.

That's not unlike my first ever draft for TTH.
Loading up on Rookies because of Madden, what fun times.
I have to say I enjoyed the Rookie draft experience and I would recommend everyone do them offline. You probably need a shorter deadline than 12 hours per pick, but we did the whole draft in about a day and a half, and the potential for trading up/down was great, which you wouldn't get with an online 2 minutes per pick style draft.
Our full results were:
Toggle Spoiler
You should all be disgusted with yourselves for having Darnold, Rosen & Jackson going after Matt fucking Prater
It's an 8 team, 1 QB league. QBs don't have the value they have elsewhere. I don't know why that guy felt the need to get a 2nd kicker though.
My boy Jake doesn't need domes to kick 61 yards.
He kicks in more domes (probably) than Tucker and his accuracy is far below the GOAT.
I think we can all agree Adam Vinatieri is the GOAT.
Justin 'Most accurate kicker in NFL history being the only person currently having made 90% or more of his kicks' Tucker disagrees.
So now that Hunter is dead I get a free add to replace him. I almost certainly have to pick up a TE unless I can swing a trade. If not.... I have no idea who to go with. According to FP the top options are: Clay, Ebron, Cook, ASJ, Watson, McDonald. Any thoughts?
Edit- Obviously that's for 2018... I'm not looking for a stunning Dynasty option, just a 1 year plug in.
Could wait and see who the Chargers sign to replace Henry.
More than likely be Gates who will be the undisputed starter.
I probably can't wait too long. People were concerned about drafting too early because of injuries so the compromise was if you got a season ender you could have a free add to replace them, but the waivers aren't actually open until Pre-Season. I obviously wasn't anticipating a season ender this early... but after discussion with my co-commissioner about how best to handle it now, it was suggested a 48 hour deadline to allow trade talk etc. I can't think of a better way to handle it really, but I'm not thrilled by that system. I'm also unsure on when actual waivers should kick in. What do most people actually do with that in a dynasty?
From that lot I'd probably take ASJ, but it's not an inspiring bunch. Watson will probably get 60 catches this season, which might be decent enough in our offence, but then he's just as likely to get hurt as soon as his old body takes a hit, so maybe not.
I've set our dynasty league to be waivers as soon as the draft ends, so people can't just go adding all the hot free agents over the preseason. Also, @Sir Andy Mahowry log in & reject the trade offer I sent you over a week ago
Or accept?
I forgot about it actually.
I saw the email notification and lolled heartily at the time.
Yea, I've put everyone on waivers, but when do you intend to start letting people make waiver moves? I've locked all moves until pre-season currently.
Also, I decided to take a look at my keepers again.
I've just noticed that he took Brandon Marshall 6th overall last year.
Previous owner was a fucking train wreck.
I'm leaning towards doing away with the rule altogether for free pick ups after injuries. Just not sure it makes sense in a dynasty. I still would have kept Henry regardless.
Still not a clue when I should start allowing waivers/free agent pick ups though.
I think mine is just set to go to waivers immediately after the draft, but I’ve not had a proper look at the settings in a bit.
Alshon and Rudolph for Allen and Mike Williams
Alshon, Rudolph and Doctson for Mike Williams, Funchess and Jordan Howard
Fuck off.
The gift that keeps on giving.
I feel a bit better about trying to send Mahow half my unwanted players for two of his picks now
Doing a mock draft on the train home & the guy with the first pick went Rodgers, Jacksonville DST, Justin Tucker with his first three picks. Julio Jones was still on the board.
He’s on another level.
EDIT: Penny & Jones next. One guy got angry & left
In contrast, I ended up with Hopkins, OBJ & Amari Cooper as my starting WRs

The guy in my league who owns Antonio Brown put him up for sale when he of the shitty trade offers made him a shitty offer. I was somewhat tempted to make a play (though it's much harder having recently sold the farm for Fournette) but I found out Fay's Fall Guys had offered him Diggs, Mixon and Juju for Brown and Ajayi. I'm not willing to compete with that, it's too much in my opinion. But the guy hasn't taken it and supposedly tried to put together a deal that involved Evans and let him keep Ajayi..... fucking hell.
I think I’d actually consider giving up Brown for that offer in a dynasty league. Was he trying to get Evans as well?
I think it was Evans in place of JuJu but also taking Ajayi out of the offer, which is insane. The reason JuJu was included at all was because he didn't want 2 WRs from the same team as well, so that would defy the point.
Posting to remind myself to set my keepers.
Mates wedding and Champions League final tomorrow. No chance it gets done then.
"Jeffery is the highest ranked player involved in this offer, and Graham is going to finish the year as a top-5 TE (maybe even top-3). And he's a player that you will use every week, while Robinson and Howard are both more likely to ride the bench for the majority of the season (even though replacing Robinson with Jeffery is likely an upgrade thanks to uncertainty at QB and recovery)."
Supposedly that's an improved offer. Fucking hell.
Yep, Jimmy ‘can’t move anynore’ Graham is going to be an elite TE this season playing on a team that never throws to its TEs.
Set my keepers. When you and Mahow get done with yours that'll be 6 people set.
I’m doing mine at the last minute, since I’m the commissioner. One bloke hasn’t logged in for 5 months though, and can’t be contacted by email, so that could be another spot that opens up.
So after some discussions with the league, I've come up with my waiver rules. Weekly waivers on a Tuesday, but no free agency following it. You will however be allowed one FA add per player that you've placed on IR... but only in the week it happens. So next Tuesday, I get one add to replace Hunter Henry.
According to FP, the best dynasty players out there are: Gio Bernard, John Brown, Samaje Perine, Eric Ebron, Kenneth Dixon, Tyrell Williams, Doug Martin, John Kelly, Latavius Murray, Curtis Samuel, Zay Jones, Austin Hooper, CJ Prosise and Jordan Wilkins. None of that seems worth a waiver, but I'll likely have to pick a FA out of that lot, of the list of TEs I put up previously.
The other option is to take a real punt on someone with potential upside later on. There's an article on FP again regarding Dynasty sleepers that lists the following: Tavon Austin, Danny Amendola, Brice Butler, Amara Darboh, Kendall Wright, Taywan Taylor, Clive Walford and Jordan Akins. Not sure if any of them are any more appealing though. Part of me would be tempted to take a punt on Tavon if he cleared waivers.... but that's probably stupid. There's just so much coach hype around him at the moment.
I take it your not feeling Amendola's value then @Browning?

I have no idea what that means....
I feel like Amendola is probably the best of those guys you've mentioned there, but he'll probably get injured if he starts three games in a row, so maybe Hooper in the hope that he actually decides to get his shit together.
Anyone else wanna take over a team in the dynasty league? One guy hasn’t logged in for five months & can’t be contacted, so if someone is willing to commit by Sunday I’ll let you take over & do your keepers before I clear the teams.
Here’s the team.

I could ask the other competent guy from my work league if you'd like?
I've asked the question. I'll report back with what he says.
Any answer? Planning to clear keepers around 5 so if he’s in he’ll need to get sorted by then.
He's just got back to me now. He's unsure if he'd have the time to play it properly, so says no.
