Gray Fox
Another trade. Patriots doing what they do best on day two.
I've also heard that he's a bit too light to play guard and that he was a 4th/5th round guy. Although Travis Frederick was said to be a 4th round guy, Dallas was mocked and he's probably the best in the game right now.
Doesn't even fill a real need.
I reckon they were rattled having lost out on Sutton, Kirk and Goedert so picked the Dallas guy in the green room to get some cheers.
Wow, I've just heard the pick
I love Miller, and Kemoko Turay was another one on the list of guys I was hoping would be there for us in R3.

MJ Stewart can play. I had him to Minnesota at the end of the round, but I expected that to be Jessie Bates or Justin Reid.
EDIT: There goes Jessie. How long before they say baseball?
About four seconds.
Dan, what WR's are we looking at in round 3?
I'm hoping we take one with one of our picks.
I wouldn't even be surprised if we take Guice with one of round 3 picks.

Equanimeous St. Brown if only for the name
Bellichick's gonna Bellichick Sam Hubbard or a QB, I'd think. Outside bet is Isaiah Oliver.
Donte Jackson should be able to run with Ted Ginn pretty easily, so there goes that tactic from last season.
Deon Cain is a vowel away from being Superman so surely he's the winner.
I love Willie Brown.
Interesting pick. I don't know a whole lot about Dawson other than that he's a nickel guy, but he seems to be pretty consistently thought of as a round 3 guy so okay.
Raiders sending out a crazy pensioner for their pick That's a massive jump for PJ Hall, the kick block master. I'd expected him to be a round 4 guy, but he's talked about as the small school Aaron Donald & the Raiders are just swinging for traits so why not?

Apparently there might be something on Guice other than the combine interview stuff - talk of a video that may or may not exist.
I'm not a fan of the NFC South loading up on defence. Brett Kolmann loves Isaiah Oliver, which is enough for me to hate him going to the Falcons.
It's over, Guice is off to Washington.
We have two early third rounders.
Orlando Brown and a WR. Believe me.
I'm really not sure how I feel about James Washington. You watch him in college & he's just running wide open downfield all the time, but I'm not sure if he can do that at the next level. He's got the build to go over the middle though, and he's got decent catch & run ability, so at worst he should be a solid WR3. I don't see him being better than JuJu or peak Martavis though.
Chark is another one that just burns people deep, and he's probably more like Martavis than James Washington is, but he's still raw as a route runner so we'll see how he turns out. He could be a pretty good player if he can get a bit more polished, but he could also be DaVante Parker.
Brian O'Neill goes in about the right spot - I had him staying in Pittsburgh to learn from another TE turned OT in Alejandro Villanueva. Not sure we'll be seeing him on many jet sweeps in the Minnesota offence though.

Colts have traded up to 64 with the Browns.
Bucs are all about defence so far. I wonder if MJ Stewart will play nickel or whether they're just planning on using him to sort out the safety spot.
I'm not big on Tyquan Lewis, but then I don't know if you can really go too far wrong with an Ohio State defensive player.
Is Sam Hubbard still on the board? Him, Mason Rudolph & Maurice Hurst as well, although it sounds like Hurst could be crashing because of the heart issue.

Raiders aren't exactly doing a whole lot to get out of the bottom five worst drafting teams in the league. Brandon Parker is okay, but I'm not sure why they're stacking up on tackles when they have a garbage defence.
People were talking about Lorenzo Carter as a potential late first round guy, but I had him as a late 2/early 3 so I'm pretty happy with that.
Chad Thomas is two spots below Carter on my board (admittedly they're both graded as late 3's), but it's kind of a meh pick. Justin Reid, however, is great. He's a similar type of player to Minkah, so having him in the same building as Tyrann Mathieu should be a pretty good strategy.
BJ Hill is a good pick too. That NC State D-Line was filthy last year, and it wasn't all Bradley Chubb. Hill & Justin Jones were kicking the shit out of people on the inside, although I'd imagine Jones will be a round 4 guy.
Fred Warner is in the sam tier as Darius Leonard for me, so to get him a full round later is pretty good. Fingers crossed he doesn't suddenly start beating his girlfriend.
Royce Freeman could be a nice pick for the Broncos. I think there might only be one or two quality RBs left on the board now before you get to all the top committee backs.

The Raiders took a small school DT last round, but Nathan Shepherd is the one they should have gone for. He's 25, which is obviously a bit rubbish, but he's can play & he's got a ridiculous physique for a 315lb dude.
EDIT: The livestream is kicking up & they're now two picks ahead of TV.
Shit is about to go down lads...
Ravens are going trade crazy here, but you wait until this next pick.
He still gets to throw to James Washington

Bengals need to draft a QB so we have a set of rookies in the division.
They might well get one in the next couple of rounds. They could do with a backup, and ideally one who could challenge Andy Dalton in a year or two.
It's not coming here though.
Oh and we better not trade down again. I need sleep and I want to see our two picks.
For when Burfict is suspended.
Those are two nice pick from the Bengals. They're having a pretty solid draft, actually.
Orlando Brown and a WR is still on btw.
You'll probably end up trading back to round six & stacking up on 2019 picks.
I know the Baltimore pick
Tracy Walker came up somewhere around 250 on that expert ranking list I compiled, so that seems like a pretty big reach.
Before his combine we were meant to get him in the first.
Okay, the Chargers just need to stop now. It's not fair anymore.
Raiders have traded for 87.
Okay, or a TE.
I guess we're hoping for WRs tomorrow.
Stockpiling Oklahoma guys in round three. Hayden Hurst will do all the blocking anyway, and there are loads of decent WRs left.
The Raiders are still swinging
I have no idea who I want us to pick. I'd say maybe TE Ian Thomas, but it might be worth trading back & seeing if we can get back some 2019 picks.
I'd rather have had DaeSean Hamilton, but okay. TE or trade back would have been higher on the list though.
I feel sorry for the guy announcing the Steelers' pick. I also feel sorry for the guys who had to play against Alex Cappa.
Nice moment there from the Bills Mafia. They'll probably put him through a flaming table later.

Lauletta is off to the Giants. Hope bill didn't have all his hopes pinned to him.
can watch live on NFL.com until the coverage starts on sky sports at 7.
That started six hours earlier than yesterday
Antonio Calloway & Josh Gordon in the same WR room might not be a fantastic idea. Broncos adding Josey Jewell & DaeSean Hamilton to the Broncos gets a thumbs up, Ian Thomas to the Panthers is annoying, Kyzir White to the Chargers is just more obsecenity, and Kalen Ballage to the Dolphins is an okay spot for him.
Averett, Kenny Young & Jaleel Scott is a solid round from the Ravens, and we've continued to be a bit off what I was expecting by taking OL Rick Leonard, who I'm not sure I've even heard of. Eagles drafting Josh Sweat to be yet another pass rusher is terrifying if his leg doesn't fall off.

Oakland could have just redeemed themselves with Maurice Hurst in round five. It's another gamble, but if they pay off Mack, Hurst & Key on the same defence will be insane.
It was meant to be I kinda wish they'd let Shaquill read the pick though.
Tre Flowers & Michael 'greatest punter of all time' Dickson makes round five a good one for Seattle.
