Let's a take a moment to remember the great man:
28 goals in 2016-17, when most people thought he was past it/couldn't do it in England. What a champion.

Eric Bailly's response to that was the best.
It's still a shame that he wasted what now look like his best years in France.
My favourite goal was this one, not least because it involved the least negative thing Emerson did in his entire life.
It's sad that it ended the way it did for him with that Knee injury.
It will be years and years until Sweden have a player like him again.
Kezman should've been the famous one.
LA Galaxy is a boring move. Should have gone back to Malmö.
What does Zlatan do after football?
He owns a brand of clothes A-Z. So he'll probalby market that in America and start other businesses.
Annoyingly, his overhead kick aginst England was his best goal.
Wasn’t all the talk when he got injured about how he had such an amazing knee?
It was a great signing last year and his goals, in the first half of the year especially, were important to bringing us back to being a team to be worried about. He had completely fallen off a cliff before his injury but I'm glad we had him.

The two goals I remember most from the big man.
I can't embed two videos in one post.
Was it Italy he did the backheel volley against?
Kiraly should've saved that.
And wrong year, obvs.
I hope you mean your top 500 of all time. Grossly overrated egomaniac.
I remember when the lad was just a 23 year old sprite in my FM05 game.

That one against Roma is bonkers but somebody's gotta post the bicycle:
Fucking hell, is that Tom Huddlestone in the background?
I keep trying to see who it is sliding forlornly on the line for the overhead kick, but can't pick it. Doesn't look like Jagielka, but could be Wilshere or even Cleverley.
Without even looking I am sure its Shawcross
It's Ryan Shawcross (lol).
His one cap too
Yeah, I never saw him as a charlatan. Just a massive twat. He's capable of daft brilliance but does the bread and butter stuff well enough to land a job anywhere for 20 goals a season.
If we're talking the last decade-ish I can't think of many names who immediately jump out beyond the obvious two and Xaviesta. Arjen Robben, Gianluigi Buffon, Philipp Lahm... He has to be up there in amongst that second tier of loser mortals.
I always favour players and athletes who have consistency and longevity to their game. He may not have been the best player in the word at any time during his career. But do score that many goals in different leagues year after year is impressive. Many players reach a high level then fall off before they are 30 or after scoring 20+ goals for 7 years straight. Man is a unicorn.
I agree (not the unicorn bit, wtf you on) - his record is incredible. Then again there seems to be something that just stops me thinking of him as good as someone like Crespo, Romario, Kuyt, etc etc.
Maybe it was the France period.
He should have joined the Premier League much sooner. I think as good as his goal return was for United he is actually did more harm than good in that I thought they were more fluent with Rashford, Martial etc. It's probably been a blessing in disguise that he hasn't been readily available this season in that respect.
Then again, United have been just as static this season too.
Yeah, I think Mourinho can have the blame for the anti-football they play laid firmly at his door. Ibrahimovic played in far more ‘expansive’ teams with ease.
I think he would have scored more this season than Lukaku, if he was fit.
@Mike he was, for a while, one of those players whose reputation suffered here because he hadn't done it against English sides in the Champions League.
He was also just not on TV here for a long time. Serie A wasn't available between about 2002 and whenever BT got it, and BT viewing figures for the French league must be about 10,000.
The only time we ever saw him was stinking it up in various European defeats during our strong period, and stinking it up during those endless 1-1 draws with Sweden.
I had Eurogoals to keep up to date with Zlatan's Ajax stuff. Zlatan coming here late is one thing but a Mario Jardel arriving in Bolton was fucking devastating to me.
He was scoring right up until his injury. It's not like he stopped scoring after Christmas, and he had barely missed a game before his injury.
If Dixie Dean was fit he'd still be banging them in.
He was good last year, but his finishing makes Lukaku look clinical.
