Some tidy bus control in Edinburgh.
Some tidy bus control in Edinburgh.
What a shithouse that guy is.
Lol there won't be enough gas to last the day apparently.
Oooh, text from the team leader...
'Dress down today.'

Yo @SvN, sorry about jinxing it. We just had a foot and a half of snow fall overnight![]()
I mean the guy filming. The bus driver is legend.
It's clearly a dashcam...
Or is it something he says? I'm on mute at work obvs.
Yeah he sounds like a complete knob.
Yeah it's a dashcam. Like most Scots, I haven't a clue what he's saying.
It's mental now, at least a foot and still going strong.
Driving round in a Mercedes E220 with bald tyres isn't the best.
Especially on our cul-de-sac as it's all inclined. I didn't think I'd be able to park it as it was slipping around so much.
A load of us got caught behind some lad in an E-Class unable to move away from the lights on a slight incline yesterday. Wheels spinning like fuck.
Got away from work 2.5 hours early thankfully. Some of the snow drifts coming off the fields are horrific. Visibility is fuck all and ending up pointing 30 degrees round from where the road is isn't the most reassuring feeling.
All things considered, this is absolutely nowhere near the original beast from the east back in '10.
I meant snow. The volume of snow then was absolutely insane. This is nothing compared to that.
This was an Arnold Clark dealership after a few days.

I've found the main road to work worse than 2010 in places purely due to the wind blowing everything off the fields.
Snow has given way to rain here, and I believe we're in for days of it without let up.
Joy.
Hardly any snow up here.
It was -10C windchill offshore overnight though so fuck having to work outside a nightshift in that.
Properly arrived here this afternoon, sent most people home at about 2ish. The walk home was a bit manky, just chipped actual ice out of my hair.
We were sent home at 1pm yesterday and were closed today, and just got the message that we're remaining closed tomorrow.
School![]()
You know what I hate about walking in this? Not knowing where the path ends until you're into a foot of untouched snow.
The amount of fucking twats stuck in cars everywhere. They should be left there.
I'm fucking freezing constantly now. Beyond a joke. Still fucking snowing.
Sticky as all fuck, here.
How do you resize images?

Anyone notice anything strange in the picture of the bloke?![]()
Nice nails.
Wheres that? Carnoustie itself isnt too bad but the wind blowing all the snow off the fields has fucked all the roads coming in and out. Ive had to walk to some Council Care Home place here as all public transport not coming through Carnoustie to Arbroath and Im not using annual leave to stay off.
That's Marywell just after you've left Arbroath for Montrose. It was sunny there yesterday when I came home and had been freshly cleared thankfully.
Yeah it's the snow coming off the fields there and closer to Montrose that have been an absolute cunt. Roads away from them haven't been too bad. No fun when visibility is done to zero.
Train won't be going then.
The shops are looking a little barren. All they had left was Hovis.
Sainsbury only had part baked rolls and fajitas left.
Yeah, I've not seen a loaf of bread for about 3 days in the supermarket.
I can only imagine the apocalypse level hoarding that would occur if it ever snowed over a bank holiday.
And I had to buy goats milk. My cereal tasted like jizz.
My sister has to have goats milk, it's the aftertaste that is fucking appalling.
Ireland are at end of days already https://twitter.com/Scarlet4UrMa/sta...786287616?s=19
Posted about it already in the news thread.
The African element needless to say. Stupid cunts snapchatted themselves doing it all.
They need the same treatment that the last shower of these got a while ago. Haven't been heard from since.

Good to see someone picking up the slack of proper law an order from the IRA.
