If I remember rightly it costs you a timeout after the two minute warning, with the obligatory runoff if you don't have any, but the rest of the time it's a medical timeout which doesn't count for either team. I'm not aware of anything that would stop teams exploiting it, but presumably there must be something in there to cover that possibility.

I'm fine with anyone winning now, although the Saints are obviously my preference. It'd be nice to have someone other than Brady win, I guess.
The Eagles playing either the Vikings or the Jags would be ugly as hell with Foles as QB.
I guess my preference at this stage would be Jags, Saints, Vikings, Eagles and then the Patriots a long way behind them all. Not much to choose between 2-4.
