Jose will bounce back with another pumping. Lukaku hat trick fact.
Clement's boys to get a result as well.
I think we'll break the age old record of United's 9-0 win over Ipswich tonight, and break it easily. Fifteen nil to Chelsea.
Pardew came out earlier to discuss the team and sorry igor, your boys are getting pumped.
No Barry, Chadli, Matt Phillips or James Morrison.
We're not getting anything from an Allardyce side at the minute.
Any on d'telly?
Chelsea tonight and Arsenal tomorrow, both BT.
I love watching Hazard, such a fun player.
Indeed. What a player. His backheels are ridiculous
Jimmy should take on this Ampadu haircut.
The Club World Cup gets so little coverage doesn't it? Nobody has bought the TV rights here, as far as I can tell. Real Madrid are playing a side from Dubai tomorrow. They've got a break from the league and then come back to play Barcelona a couple days before Christmas. I can see that going badly.
If they want it taken in any way seriously it should be in the (European) off-season.
No one is going to give a flying fuck when football that actually 'matters' (purely in comparative terms) is on.
That's such a lovely header.
Burnley
4 of the top 5 from the North West /regionalpride
A part of me would love to see Burnley in Europe, however that would mean listening to Gravel Throat talking about 'how we can't compete in the same market as Napoli'
It should be a July 12-team affair in odd years. Last couple of winners from each continent and a few bonus teams.
11-2-4 is an OK record for us, keep that coming and we'll end on 78, that was only 3 points behind Leicester a couple of years back. With this Russian bint in charge we'll probably end up selling Hazard in January though.
lolJose Mourinho reached new levels of paranoia on Tuesday when he accused a BBC reporter who had the temerity to ask a question of being sent by another club.
The Manchester United manager was baffled at the suggestion that either him or his club should face charges for the tunnel fracas that marked the end of Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to Manchester City.
“Punish who?” Mourinho asked. “Why? I think you work for another club…and not for the press.”
Mourinho then flounced out of the press conference, incensed that he had been forced to answer questions about the brawl rather than Wednesday’s opponents Bournemouth.
He stopped at the door and said: “You don’t like Bournemouth, hey? You don’t respect them? You don’t think they are a team capable of coming to Old Trafford and doing well? No respect for Eddie Howe? No respect for the players?”
To be fair to him, I can't think of anything more pointless or boring than the continued obsession with the 'tunnel fracas' in question.
Agreed. It’s the press conference specifically for the Bournemouth game, and journo’s just keep asking the same questions that they know he won’t, or cannot, truthfully answer.
Related, the amount of press conferences EPL managers have to do is crazy. Especially given that hardly anything interesting is actually ever said.
Conte's are so bad they're good. 'We must try to play good football. It is important to win.'
Looking back it's pretty ace how Alex Ferguson got away with doing it all on his terms. Even when they changed the rules specifically to force him to speak to the BBC he just got the club to pay his fines.
I think the all time worst press conferences were those ones when Ian 'Olly' Holloway used to just get people to ask him about the issue of the day, even though it had nothing to do with his team.
'Oi'm glad you asked me about that...'
Ian Holloway actually genuinely enjoys football and is there in any job pretty much as a fan, which seems to help him resist getting dragged down into the melodrama and deranged bias.
'And that's the real quiz! That was the real quiz!'
I see RTÉ are showing the world club games. Where is it this year? They seem to be at reasonable hours.
Real Madrid are 2-0 down to Al Jazira in the Club World Cup.
Tanking? Actually nah, no one tanks against Henk ten Cate.
It is only 1-0.
I posted that after they got their second, got done by VAR about a minute later. Two vs one and the silly man managed to run offside.
About to be the worst game I've ever been involved in in terms of betting. Karim Benzema has missed about five sitters. Rot.
Down a cunt on Jaz 300/1
You'd want to have a bet on, or be Reg, to watch that muck.
RIP Ander Herrera.
I have loved him the past few seasons, but he's not really good enough to be honest.
His best stuff has always come as part of a three, where you can just shithouse around a small area of the pitch without having to contribute much else, but playing in a two is a bit beyond his otherwise limited skill set. He would be much better off in a PRESSING team really.
That Arsenal defence looks absolutely rancid.
We're being outplayed at the moment. Lucky to be level still.
My stream died just before the goal
Streams seem to be getting shitter by the week. Has Richard Scudamore got an army of Indians taking them down?
I've been thinking the same for the past couple of months. There used to be loads to choose from.
Still rocking a smooth 720p Acestream, never had an issue.
Yeah acestreams are by far the best.
Lukaku is going to score two more and cost me £120. The nonce.
