About 5 gusts since midday here.
About 5 gusts since midday here.
Really brightened up now.![]()
Oof.
Does that really count in official death tolls? Fucking stupid mick cunts.
It's always lol when it's us. Goes back to what I said about you lot dancing in the streets when we get our rag head attack.
It's nice when someone gets a taste of their own medicine.
Let's not imply Magic is the moral compass of this board.
It's gone really very orange and creepy here. Like god has put the sepia filter on.
Still got me washing out though, because fuck the apocalypse.
Oh look what the winds have turned up.
Already have m8, I'm live streaming it to the group.
Properly weird out there
The sweet, piney type smell in the air is from the forest fires in Portugal and Spain.
This world tho![]()
Weird. A really deep set fog, with not a drop of wind. Eerie!
That entrepreneurial spirit.
Ireland getting battered under a gleaming orange sun sounds like the DUP putting that money to good use.
As if the 'man in the street' gives two shits either way about the Irish. Get a grip.
Course they do. Fackin Oirish innit, oi oi oi oi.
Which is the exact same treatment everyone else gets, I'm sorry to say you just aren't special.
You have a complex.
I wish.
Some weird skies today. Sun was trying to blare through the thick cloud until it just became a yellow-tinted grey. Street lights came 1pm at one and the cloud only broke around 5pm. Wind's starting to pipe up.
Looks like we have our own appointment with the end of the world in the south this weekend.
I'm particularly enjoying the emphasis the BBC weather people have been putting on the fact that it is the Irish who have (I would say rather brilliantly) named this one Brian.
Septic fucking rain all night and morning. I got soaked in the 10 seconds it took to open up the office.
I'm in Penrith, had every intention of strolling about to find a nice cafe for brek but it's a monsoon outside.![]()
Winter arrived early in Sweden.![]()
The traffic is still bumper to bumper 15km outside the city.
It’s windy as fuck out there. Even the bog water is sloshing about.
One of the other fellas left work today to head to Waterford and ended up going ½ a km in the first two hours.
Snowing (barely, but still) in fucking November. I like snow, but it needs to stick to the type that makes getting into work impossible and it can absolutely fuck off when I have to drive. That had best be the last of it.

That was Morpeth.
Chucking down snow out there. Meant to be going for lunch at a country pub, but I think that’s gone for a burton.
We got rain.
Though I was supposed to be going to watch ball later today (about an hour away) and it's not happening. Could be lunch in the pub instead.
Stuck my motor into a wall at 5:15 this morning. We'll put the two hour wait, one hour spent loading it on to a trailer and one hour to unload down to character building. Ouch.
I love how the snow makes this country grind to a halt.
Uni announced 2 hours ago that it will be closed tomorrow.
I finally found a use for the apple Smirnoff than someone gave us one time and has been in the house for yonks. Beautifully defrosted windscreen.
What's the snow situation like up there @Boydy?
Pretty bad. I was driving from Belfast to Ballymena last night and I could barely see the lines on the road. Don't think I went above 40 on the motorway and visibility was terrible as it was coming down thick and fast. It's not actively snowing at the minute but the roads will probably still be horrible.
