@Browning Grab a screen shot of his team too, let him see what he'd be potentially taking over.
It’s not good is it. He’s legit one of the nicest guys ever to post on here/TD, who occasionally opened up about how much his life totally bums him out, and yet so many posters do their best to rile him. It’s bullshit. Probably for the best that he’s “left” but I do hope he comes back once the dust has settled. In the meantime I’ll just stalk him elsewhere.![]()

Away from this topic, I just noticed Agholor is playing Thursday night. I fucking hate Thursday night games, so I've binned him for Kearse. Get Agholor in your line ups because he's catching 3 TDs.
John Brown is also out there and getting silly number of targets, but seemingly can't catch for shit.
Thursday wins just give me false hope.

Plan A) Limoutsonik
Plan B) Another new manager who can be replaced by a TTHer next season if one comes up
Plan C) Leave the team empty and give everyone a free win, but keep the players away from waivers.
Any other ideas? I'm looking to appoint the new manager by Saturday at the very latest so they can at least set a line up for Mahow, albeit with no Thursday night players. If that fails then.... it'll be too late.
I could also just set the line up myself using the commissioner tools and rankings from somewhere, but given I haven't played them yet I wouldn't want to be accused of anything when that comes around.![]()
Does anyone post in the NFL thread who isn’t involved, if Limoutsonik doesn’t turn up? @Giggles?

What kind of a team would be looking at possibly claiming the reigns of?Also, what results has said team had so far and what format is the league based on?
You sound like it’s a real job.![]()

I’m looking for a new head of advertising to replace Dan.
I thought the tag line was punchy yet familiar, and its optimism contrasted nicely with the bleakness of the opening part.
Get him on The Apprentice.
Don’t think they’d have me. I’m not a cunt.
I'm sure you could work on that though.
Kicker is Crosby. D's are Giants and Broncos, record is 1-4.
Other than Julio,Montgomery,Nelson,McCaffrey and Broncos D,i would never go near any of them in a draft. Sorry. And it's already 1-4 so no point taking over.
Just wanna pre-empt the inevitable and offer the following response:Up the Bumbandits.

The point would be to get into the league for next year I guess. That and 6/10 make the play offs so it’s far from lost at this stage. But it’s cool either way.
Does that mean I get a free W?![]()
All those in favour of Pleb still receiving an L?
Could see if we get some bites on Reddit.
TTH community team - we all vote on the lineup each week.
Someone from one of my other leagues (who I don't know well, but he's doing alright in the league I'm in with him) has come through and said they'd take it. Obviously if we can find a TTHer next year I would look to replace him, but hopefully he accepts the invite and saves us for this year at least.
So I forgot that one of my yahoo random leagues has a bullshit "can't cut" rule and now I can't cut Elliot for some reason![]()
All leagues have a can't cut list and why would you want to cut him? Stash him and he'll win you the last few weeks.
Ours doesn't.
How did Bruh’s team end up so unappealing when he was the only one who autodrafted? I’d have thought he’d have ended up with the best players, projected points wise, because he couldn’t ruin his team by picking players whose name he liked or any other silly sentimental reasons.
See my boy Zay for proof of that happening. I’m still surprised I didn’t end up with Reggie Bush.

His team actually drafted well. Julio was a no brainer there (though I know that was his keeper), Jordy is good value is round 2, McCaffrey coming into the season looked like he'd be huge and considering the likes of Crowell and Cook had been taken before him that wasn't bad at all. Pryor in 4 looked solid at the time and Montgomery in 5 would be a steal if he didn't get injured. It seems to just be a combination of Pryor being shit so far and McCaffrey being a bit of a let down and Ty being injured. There's potential there though, but he needs them to turn it around.
It fills by positional need I believe.
So in the first round it drafts the best player on the board, then moves to the next position.
You get dick in terms of subs (they pick kickers and defences too early) and you miss out on those dropping gems.
Yes it's 6 weeks, so you'll still have him for 2-3 weeks at the end of the season plus the Play Offs if you make it.
Ah fair enough.
I'm bottom of the league though
EDIT-looked at the wrong team () I'm third in that league so there's hope.
Expected league positions is clearly a shit stat.
Wentz on the bench, obviously. Winston to have less than 20pts this week then.
Up against someone with Watson, Lynch, Freeman, Gronk & Hogan this week, so I’m probably getting stomped to 2-4, but I’m actually kinda hoping to do badly this season so I can get an early shot at the rookie draft next season.
Work league match up now underway. This week has presented me with problems.
Due to the 'unique' roster settings in the league, I'm only allowed 3 RBs at once. I was fully prepared to take the L this week, but Ertz has given me a great start. Now Zeke being potentially suspended again leaves me with a dilemma. In this situation I'd love to bring in someone like an Abdullah in a favourable match up, however I'd have to drop someone.
I was trying to sound out a trade for Zeke or McCoy through the week but no one wanted to deal. Now the obvious candidate to be dropped would Zeke, but I know for a fact someone else would take the hit in stashing him. As it stands he's gone right through until fantasy play-offs begin, but again there's still a way to delay this suspension to 2018. If he accepts the suspension now, I'd likely drop him in this league.
I suppose my best course of action is to wait. My opponent will be done scoring by Monday. I'll be behind with Hilton and a spare RB to go. Depending on how far behind depends on my move I guess. If it's a close game, I'll look closely at getting Derrick Henry or Turbin/Mack in to try and push it over the line. A win this week would go a long way to seeing me in the play-off picture. If I'm down by a lot, I'll just take the loss and move on.
Picked up Agholor in a league
I'm also in a mental league which has some mental bonuses and McCaffrey got an extra 3 points for me this week. How? 1 point for an assisted tackle and 2 for recovering his fumble.
I had Agholor then dropped him for Kearse... he better deliver.
Funchess being shit has hurt me in two leagues but starting Wentz purely so I could get Walk DMC has paid off.
Funchess will have his next 8 point+ game in week 12 or 13.
And then one more, possible, in week 17 when fantasy is done.
So I completely forgot to start Agholor in my league with the suspended Elliot in it![]()
Derrick Henry isn’t going to win anyone anything this week, sadly for me as I have him in TTH & dynasty.
I have him in one league and my only other option is Tarik Cohen.
I've been desperately trying to trade a QB (Rodgers, Wilson and Dak) for a RB but everyone is being a dick.
Someone offered Darren McFadden for Dak and Derrick Henry the other day, he also offered Latavius for the same or the Titans D for Jay Ajayi (Not sure why I didn't accept that, my only semi decent RB for a middling Defence?).
I've been offering people decent trades (I even offered Wilson for fucking Carlos Hyde to a guy who had no QB, he later picked up Deshaun Watson) etc.
I don't think I'd trade Hyde for Wilson if I got offered that in TTH, even now.
Unless their names are Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady (maybe Brees too), QBs are much less valuable than almost any other position, especially in 1QB leagues, because you can always pick one up off the waiver wire & get basically the same result as one of the first five QBs drafted, even in a league like ours where half the teams hoard QBs. That's significantly harder to do with RB & WR, and arguably TE too, although they're broadly on the same level.
Kicker & DST are the only two roster slots I'd value less, because almost every single one of them varies wildly week to week in terms of positional rank.
Says the man who has started Dalton and Cutler this year.
