Not anymore, but there were a lot of them in Miami. They tried to convince me to join their rallies and trips to DC, but I just lolled them off behind my F1. It was a bit of a mess for them, since they had to look for universities which didn't check immigration status. That the police man got angry that he wasn't allowed to do what he wanted. I read the 'charge' he actually said she was being arrested under doesn't even exist (not sure that's true having looked it up, but still).
The only reason they were trying to get the person's blood in the first place was that they were a third party injured in a high speed chase the police illegally undertook. They were hoping to find alcohol/evidence of drug use so they could discredit them in case they tried to bring a suit against the police force.
