Nope. The £70m is going on Naby Keita who I only know this about. If Liverpool sign him for £70m, he'll be shit, but if anyone better signs him next summer (when he has a release clause apparently), he'll be amazing.

Unless somebody like Madrid or United came in for him, you could understand China.
