Tony Romo is playing. He's currently on the hottest no interception streak in his career.
Tony Romo is playing. He's currently on the hottest no interception streak in his career.
They are nuts playing him.
Well he isn't yet. But he's getting snaps today.
Dallas seemed ridiculous value at 3.2 today. Not sure if anyone jumped on that.
Pittsburg on the other hand, granted resting a few starters, are struggling against the Browns![]()
It makes some sense, as they're resting Zeke too. You'd rather be playing Romo than all his flaws than turning to Mr Buttfumble.
Romo TD throw. It's like being in 2015 all over again.
Sanchez is in :uhuh:
Steelers, 'mon LADS. The browns are wank. You're at home. Seriously.
What are the Ravens doing losing to the Bengals?![]()
Never thought I'd see Landry Jones still on an NFL roster in 2017 after he was drafted, let alone 2nd string.
Mike Mitchell's protestation was the most polite outrage I've ever heard:
"PLEASE...PLEASE LOOK AT IT SIR! OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!"

4-6 to 10-6. That'll do.
Take that, Oakland.
Wonder who we get in as head coach. I suppose if they're going for one of the currently popular coordinators who are considered to be due a job that Kyle Shanahan would be the obvious one to pursue. I suspect/fear we'll promote Wade.
Outstanding.
Stunning.
No word from us yet but I hope we fire both of our main co-ordinators.
Our offensive co-ordinator is a fucking shambles, we do better when we're more of a 50/50 pass/run team, not one letting Flacco pass it around 45-50 times games.
We got a lot of credit earlier this season for our 'number 1 defense' but ultimately we were pretty lacklustre. We didn't dial up enough pass rush throughout the season and we gave up too many big plays at the end of games. The final drive by the Steelers last week was hopeless, they might as well have not been there.
It's time for the coaching merry-go-round. Not even bothering looking to see who is rumoured for where as there's so many.
I think the Vikings(our traded pick in the draft) finished either 14th or 15th in the order. They've tied with the Colts and Ravens on 8-8 but I'm sure the Ravens are at the back of those 3 with a harder schedule. With us finishing 12th we've not exactly missed out on a great deal. So in essence we got Wentz for not all that much in the end. Getting that 1st(and possible 3rd) round pick back for Bradford was a masterstroke.
Obviously we don't know who is what or where in the draft yet, but we can do almost everything from 15th. I just hope we don't take a WR, unless a seriously good one is there. O-line needs help, as does our secondary.
We're 16th.
14th and 15th will be decided by a coin flip as your schedule strength was the same.
Due to a tie in both record and strength-of-schedule, Minnesota's and Indianapolis' draft order will be determined via a coin flip at the NFL scouting combine. The Vikings and Colts will then rotate picking the 14th, 15th, and 16th picks of each round with the Baltimore Ravens
We're picking at 11, and as always need to pile on the defence big time.
Were there any more sackings today or did they do it all yesterday?
Pagano & Payton are the main ones with their future in doubt at the minute, I think.
Also, here's the Mike Mitchell 'really polite outrage at facemask call' for anyone who missed it.
Payton is being talked about for LA isn't he? Haven't seen a trade for a coach since Tampa went for Gruden.
Apparently Bill O'Brien might be sacked if Oakland beat the Texans on Saturday.
Oakland must be so pissed off. They were heading for an AFC title game and a Superbowl with a bit of luck.
Pagano was on thin ice last season. I believe they went 8-8 then too.
Jags, Rams, 49ers and Bills are all looking to hire, with the Texans likely to join that hunt, maybe the Colts too. All of the hired will need replacing too, so we could see some NFL dominoes.
There probably hoping that whoever wins their wildcard game and the Dolphins beat the Steelers out of the Playoffs that they would face the Chiefs which would soften the blow and a championship exit wouldn't piss Oakland off if they make it.
The Dolphins-Patriots divisional round would be a fucking bloodbath for Miami so surely they would sack off their offseason?
Both are being kept on
I thought it was unlikely that Pees (DC) would go as he has a good relationship with Harbaugh but I didn't see Mornhinweg staying, his play calling was fucking abysmal.
We're averaging 10 yards a carry with our RB's, but I only want to run the ball 8 times and get Joe to lob it around 100 times.
Sounds a-okay to me
I have no idea how we lost that boss...
Flacco and Pitta said they wanted him to stay, obviously because Flacco likes to think he's a top 5 QB (try 15 at best, mate) and because Pitta was the only one thriving in the system.
Flacco averaged just .1 passes fewer than Brees this season and we averaged the 3rd lowest amount of rushes as a team. It's bonkers, especially as Flacco's best weapon is his deep ball on play action passes which can only work if we rush well (we did alright but we should have given Dixon a bigger percentage of the rushes in the second half of the season) and rush often but we didn't. Our play calling was the worst possible style for the team so it clearly makes sense to keep that going into next year.
Edit: I was hoping for McCoy as OC and anyone as DC as Pees is trash.
Also, Connor Cook vs Brock Osweiler is going to be amazing.
One is a fairly average rookie who was poor in his first start and the other could make a case as being the most overpaid player ever.

Atwater not in the final again, so much disrespect.

An anthem rendition for Trump's America.

Better than a lot we've heard this season.
Osweiler will get buried tonight.
I have the following bets on:
£5 on Cooper to score a TD @ 3.3
£5 on Murray to score a TD @ 2.7
£5 on the Raiders to win @ 2.7
£5 on a special teams or defensive TD @ 3.25.
Brock will throw a pick 6.
The Raiders have started so conservatively (and shit), christ.
No huddling is the way to go.
The Texans defense are fucking shambolic despite that random pick Oakland gave them.
No solid Quarterback for the offense?
There fucked.
Can't be many who are as hot and cold as Crabtree is.
This game isn't going to be very good, is it?
Both offences look sloppy & unambitious, although Oakland to seem to be getting a bit more aggressive on the last few couple of drives.
Nothing to see here folks, Osweiler's here and halling ass.
The problem with supporting the Texans is that it doesn't matter if they're winning by 1 or 14, if osweiller is in the FEAR is always there.
Finally something good.
