I find Bray Wyatt so redundant. He aimlessly finds himself in feuds and rambles in meaningless riddles. He's the WWE's Kool-Aid Man.
You can join me and Browning in the Anti-Wyatt Family.
Just watched Cena vs. Jericho at Summerslam '05. The crowd was ridiculously loud. Shawn Michaels vs. Mr Redacted up next. I'm not sure I've actually seen the full match, just Michaels doing his digging thing during Hogan's entrance and the over-selling of the big boot.
Isn't that the match where Hull Cogan refused to lose, despite it being the plan, so Michaels way oversold everything to taking the piss standards?
That's the one.
Doesn't show the digging, sadly.
Haha some of those are just ridic.
I'm a twit
Lol at Michaels getting the hump over another guy's attitude. You might want to take a look in the mirror, you bunk eyed cretin.
@Ian, where are you getting all these PPV's? Please tell me there's a big pack of them together somewhere.
Read Eva Marie's opponent at a NXT live event got injured last night.
To be fair to the 2 of them, most of the top guys from the company over the past 20 years have been the type to throw a hissy-fit if they didn't get their way. Undertaker not wanting to lose unless it's a 'big guy.' Triple H refusing to job to RVD for the same reason to name a few. Some even flat out refused a feud all together.
Eric Bischoff makes a similar point in his book. He gets shit for giving Hogan and that creative control, but he says the big names have it anyway.
Did The Rock ever do it? Stone Cold did, obviously, leaving the Rock of the big'uns from "my" era that I can't think of having done it. But I'm probably forgetting some.
The Rock seems like too nice a geezer.
The only thing Dwayne did was cover his man tits up for a few months wrestling with horrible shirts on.
About the only thing I've heard about him along these lines is that he thought Michaels was a wanker and didn't want to work with him. Was it after Stone Cold refused that Rock did the job for Brock? And what a job he did too.
Anyway, how long is the first Brocktoberfest show likely to last tonight? Trying to decide if I can be arsed sitting up for it.
I've enjoyed Big Show's recent 'I wasn't always shit you know' promos.
The lols when Brock squashes him within about six minutes.
Weeks and weeks of Big Show running over random twats, cutting way too many promos and it's over in about three minutes. Standard.
Worse, in that first minute or so of the match I actually thought "Blimey, have they booked this properly?" Lol, no, of course they haven't. The MONSTER gets beaten by a few shoulder tackles, three German suplexes and an F5. I also wish they wouldn't keep doing everything the exact same way in this Dudleys/New Day thing. New Day keep the titles some way, the three of them somehow have the Dudleys down then get beat up anyway, Woods goes through a table. I mean, at least mix it up and have them do their corner powerbomb through a table on him. Something. Anything.
Anyway, rubbish ending aside I really enjoyed the cage match. I know HHH/Stephanie have got this whole Devil's advocate/tough love thing going on with Rollins which is meant to be making him stronger but why the fuck would they late Kane lollop about as DOO at this stage?
I'm watching some Raws and PPVs from 1993.
So far there's been an awful lot of hair and an almost unbelievable amount of neon, and that's just Randy Savage. Plus Hulk Hogan, even in '93 he was a shit has-been.
Speaking of Big V...
Royal Rumble 94 has Yokazuna / Undertaker in a casket match.
Hopefully Vince will call him a bo-hemoth again, he really played the long game with that one.
TNA have got to be having a fucking laugh.
They have Bound for Glory, their WM, and they put the championship on Fat Hardy who hasn't been relevant in 10 years. As if that's not bad, they follow it up with a storyline where the ex-champion cries about the "deck being stacked" and files an injunction, and 2 days later, Hardy has vacated the title. Just go bankrupt already.
I can't believe they just let Baroque Les-nar squash Big Show like some jobber. He was getting some good momentum.
I was at my friend's last night and we were lolling at the idea of Survivor Series being headlined by Cena and the Dudleys (and two other Cena Friends) vs Seth Rollin[g]s and the New Day (and somebody else), and it looks like it's shaping up that way if the end of Raw was anything to go by. Fucking hell.
Unless he's either a model pro, just likes the money or both why does Big Show even bother any more? A (shit) build-up for a couple of weeks, a match that started promisingly before he got squashed and then doesn't put up any resistance at all as he gets lolled off on Raw.
Isn't it a house show no one cares about though? Or are they trying to make out it mattered?
This has got even worse. They've announced a World Cup Tournament to crown the new champion, using the same format. 32 Wrestlers in groups of 4.... 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, top 2 advance to a knock out tournament.
If that's not a shit enough idea, one of the groups is all women.
When was the last fucking draw in wrestling? 1983?
To be honest, that's no different to what they did in WCW in the late 90s when they took the World Heavyweight Title off Sting and a few years prior. Difference is, TNA are flogging a dead horse while WCW were still competing with WWF/E at the time. They should just put that company out of its misery. I also heard Jeff Jarrett is back now?
He's sort of back. He founded his own company, GFW, and they "invaded" TNA, about 2 weeks later they blew their load on a 5 on 5 "Winner takes all" match and TNA won. No idea what happened after that.
I believe that Jeff Jarrett is bigger, and better, and could draw more money, than Hulk Hogan.
ICW wrestler appeared on NXT yesterday
Speaking of ICW, on course to sell out a 5000 arena with still a month left. The true GOATS.
Going watching it next Friday.

Grado and Spud together. That shit should be great.
Internet has been a cunt the last couple of days but I've finally been able to watch Takeover Respect:
Toggle Spoiler
Agreed on the Iron Man match, it wasn't great.
By which I obviously mean it was the best match of all time, before it even started.
"This is awesome" chants when they've stood looking at each other for 40 seconds. Fuck off.
Balor attacked Itami, boiiiiii
Did you see what, Dan did in his post? He used spoilers.
That was a prediction, you dinghy.
