A big load of new builds near me have begun to subside, as they were built on some old marshland. It's terrible really that they rush these projects to make a quick buck, then some poor first time buyer is going to move in to a place that won't last their life times.
This isn't anything like thank thankfully. Just little cracks as the plaster dries out and stuff.
