O'Neill has stated a few times that he wants his players playing first team football and that it will be a big factor in selection. If Given plays for Stoke the rest of the season* then he'll get the nod as Randolph only has 4 games max remaining this season (if Adrian stays fit).
*assuming Given is Butlands replacement.
