I used to have a 90 minute trip to and from work by bus. I now have a 15 minute walk. My podcast intake has taken a real hit.
How little self-respect do you need to wear that out in public? The lack of caring is just incredible. Praise-worthy even.
I neighbour my workplace, which means I can be out the door and in the work grounds in 5 minutes. Unfortunately my desk is right on the other side of the plant, so add another 10 minutes walk before I get to the office. Still, not bad really.
My work place is about 8 steps from my bed.
My commute is my work normally.
