I'm talking about two saucer eyed nuggets selling MD20/20 out the back of an old Clio at three in the morning, not the Waitrose wine service.
It amused me that Toby thought he had to tell me they weren't legal.
There were ice cream vans that went around Liverpool in the early hours (greensleeves is eerie as fuck at 2am) that did that stuff. Some people assumed drugs, but they just sold booze and fags and shit like that.
I'm addicted to the internet, and I was addicted to my phone for a year, though obviously both are nowhere close to a drug addiction. It does fuck with my brain though. After a couple hours on the internet (which pass fucking quickly) I'm hopeless if I try to read a book or anything, my brain just can't focus on it. I've started setting a stopwatch (there's a nice feature on Google) just to be more aware of how much time I spend sitting here. It would be less of a problem if I didn't enjoy reading (and watching movies and TV) as much as I do.
I only realised the other day that that stupid dinosaur image when Chrome can't load a page becomes a game if you press the up arrow.
Yes, the internet. Rarely more than an arms length away as well. How horrifying.
Ah, after hours. Fair one.
Still a cracker of a service. Ok, it's shite like Grolsch with a 50% mark up but when you're trying to extend a night out by another few hours and need the liquid to do so, it's an absolute belter. Can't say I've used it in nigh on 4 or 5 years, mind.
Im the worst type of coffee wanker, a specialty coffee one.
Savage addiction to espresso and pour over coffee.
Have you ever tried bath salts, Leeds?
I'd like to think I'm not addicted (though I've been to GA a few times) but I'm really trying (and failing) to kick booze and gambling on the head, I'm at a point where I don't even find enjoyment our of either anymore but just do it from habit, the money I'd save is enough motivation in itself.
Anyone managed to kick either, if so what's the secret?
Set some future goals that require both money and good health.
I'm addicted to cigs, borderline to weed and drink, was addicted to fruit machines when younger (blew £70 one day), albeit that was short term and I knocked it on the head after a couple of months. So yeah, there we go.
