Nope, I correctly assume that even having been there you still think people are more interested in you than they are. You still maintain that there would be spontaneous street parties if ISIS levelled Dublin, when the real reaction would be a raised eyebrow and a 'fuck me, that's a bit close to home'.
In my life I've never heard a single person having a go at the Irish (other than people making leprechaun jokes at Dara O'Brien on Mock the Week). I live in Norfolk as well so it's not like we are the most politically correct bunch. It just doesn't come up.
I think I've seen Giggles telling us we hate the Irish more times than I've ever heard any actual anti-Irish sentiment expressed. I also could have looked at that picture for a hundred years and not been able to tell you what the problem was.
